①房間簡陋，訂了兩個房間，1個沒配支裝水，另一個電視不行，而且衹有一條毛巾，其衞生也不太好！②收了200元現金按金，到第二天退房退按金時，卻説現金用完了，手機沒電了，足足讓我們在前台等了半個小時才退回，真是無語。
