前台服務很好，要了小童拖鞋，前台人員主動詢問需不需要小童牙具。問，早餐也可以，住宿環境也不錯，美中不足是當天空調不暖和

這麼多年出來玩住酒店，還是第一次給評分這麼低。説實話酒店位置很好，去景點玩可以不做小火車，步行也不算遠，邊走邊賞景拍照。早晨可以開車去羊窩頭看日出。停車也方便，適合自駕。早餐中規中矩，還可以。但是晚上大約9點左右洗澡的時候，水是剛剛有點温，洗手還可以，洗澡的話水就感覺涼，老公湊合著洗了一下，我問前台説是空氣能的，用水的人多，水在燒着讓我等十幾分鍾吧，等了半個小時，水更涼了，再打電話説等半個小時吧，水在燒着，白天水是熱得，晚上用水的人多，水温就低了。我直接無語了，這麼多年出來玩還真是第一次碰上這麼奇葩的事情。我等到了晚上12點水還是不熱，也沒洗漱就睡覺了，很長時間沒睡着，因為沒有洗澡，很不舒服。早晨睡醒了，試了試，水終於熱了，但晚上想洗澡時沒有熱水，這回熱了有啥用呢，真無語！體驗感特差！
