剛進房間就聞到很重的外賣味，既沒有提前開窗通風也沒提前做異味處理，致電前台要求換房前台告知該房型已滿，沒有房間可換，説贈送我們第二天的早餐；第二天用早餐時小朋友拿的一片麪包沒有吃完（其餘都已經吃光光啦）被阿姨發現説我們拿了不吃浪費，家長衹能繼續坐那將這片麪包吃完才離開
