設施：五層的房間稍微有些悶熱甲醛味有點沖，地板走起來嘎嘎響。換了四層的房間雖然設施沒有那麼新但是住着很舒服。
衞生：打掃很乾凈，阿姨打掃房間每天都會問一下我們，而且還會貼心的送銀耳雪梨湯，很暖心
環境：有日出觀景台，房間正面對大海非常美。
服務：我們寶貝特別喜歡徐蓉經理，親和力超強説話聲音甜美，非常有耐心，臨走時小椰子很捨不得並送上香吻一枚。 （唯一感受不太好的就是：臨走當天我們享受的是攜程鑽石貴賓延遲退房服務，大早上八點多點有個很面生的服務員噹噹噹很大聲敲門，一開門第一句衝著我“你們還沒走呀，我以為你們退房了”有點無語…我還在想難道前台沒有備註過我們有延遲退房這個服務嗎關鍵離正常退房時間12點還早着呢，瞭解了一下原因可能樓下房間退房服務員敲錯了門，那這種低級錯誤就更不應該發生在四星級酒店，我説我們有延遲退房服務，您問一下前台，然後她回了句哦好的，啪就把我們門關上了，感覺這個服務人員腦子有點走神心不在焉，敲錯了連句抱歉都沒有，弄的我們一早被澆了盆涼水的感覺很不好。希望這個退房確認話術還要再培訓流程也要再嚴謹呀。）稍微留下了一些不完美的遺憾，不過下次來連雲港還是會首選這裏，希望酒店越來越好👍

超級好,帶着長者小孩一起遊玩的，服務特別熱情。幫忙搬運行，每晚都送來不同味道的湯和粥，特別暖心。是個用心的酒店。酒店可以觀看海上日出。非常棒，夏天還要再來一下。
