4.8號下午把請打掃衞生的掛牌掛在房間門上，4.9號早八點回酒店，掛了18個小時，竟然無人打掃房間。想打電話至前台詢問情況，又發現這個房間竟然連致電前台的客服電話都沒有，至此依然心平氣和乘電梯到一樓前台詢問，客服跟我講 除非續房必須跟保潔 提前 講要打掃衞生。以上所述皆為事實，可調監控。氣不氣人，智能聲控房間竟然沒有關燈功能，右側床頭也沒有茶几，沙發上還有殘留污漬，衞生間的馬桶衹要人坐上去就不停的沖水聲音較大。我來氣了，必須給你差評。
