房間非常大氣舒適，採光明媚，下面是房間裏拍攝的窗外景，這個位置可下午茶可晚酌，吃飯購物去景點都很便利。另外，老闆為人豪爽仗義，我媽媽入住當晚在大廈門口掉了手機，老闆知道後直接調監控幫我們找回。知道我不敢單獨和撿手機的人碰面，直接陪我們一起要回手機。這樣的人品太難得了，以後來連雲港必須住這家啊👍🏻

沒有前台，自己提前和老闆聯繫。停車場車位充足。下樓過馬路就是在海一方沙灘。房間很大。房間裏還準備了挖沙玩具！定的海景房可觀日出，比較遺憾的是第二天陰天下雨，沒能看到日出。

房間挺大觀海效果非常好，但是房間設施不太齊全，沒有衣架，四人房間毛巾浴巾杯子按兩人配備，老闆人熱情，可以看到日出。

距離連島很近，交通方便，房間很大 很寬敞，有牙刷牙膏拖鞋，窗景很漂亮可以看日出，樓下就是711買東西也方便，下樓過個馬路就是在海一方公園，退潮可以抓螃蟹，小朋友超喜歡。

這家公寓就在在海一方這邊，從樓上往下看就能看到在海一方以及通往連島的大壩。老闆人超好，給我們免費升級了套房，風景太好了，早上還在房間裏看了日出，視野一級棒！房間佈置的很好，乾淨衞生，還有個很大的投影可以看，下次再來玩還會選擇這裏！～
