房間乾淨整潔，進門微有消毒液的氣味，酒店還是注重衞生的，洗澡出水也挺大，酒店離海州古城門很近200米路，離早市也很近，早餐品種齊全也衞生，口感很好，小米粥挺好喝的，酒店管理很正規的

首先説一下**，今天的漢庭，不滿意在衞生上，這也是我第一次對漢庭衞生不滿意，一進房間，看着床單不太平整，這也就算了，枕套看着更讓我懷疑四個裡是不是有沒換的，一下子心情就不美麗了，盒子裏的面巾紙衹有上一個客人剩下的一點點，我是把蓋子打開用的，否則，一拿紙，剩下的紙就掉進去了，拿不出來了，衞生間的一個是整卷的，一個是半卷的，半卷的明顯是淋過液體又幹了的，一點不平整，都是水波紋，這誰敢用。保潔工作不到位，一看就是客房部經理監管不嚴，給客人帶來了極差的入住體驗。需要改進。再説説停車位，門口衹能停兩輛車，基本就搶不到位置，都得去停到約100米內的第二醫院裏，走時交了停車費再找漢庭報銷，關鍵是我們拉着三個箱子和一個大袋子，也得這麼跑。要是雨天就更糟糕了，當然，你也可以選擇先卸貨。再有，早餐不好吃，我們大概7點多一點點就到了餐廳，像油條，雞米花，雞肉圈這種本應該酥脆的都軟糊糊的，特別難吃。後廚經理需要整改一下哦。優點，前台小姐姐們都沒的説，微笑服務，熱情洋溢，給人的感覺很好，但客人入住，不是為了看小姐姐們，是希望床單乾淨，安安心心的休息一晚上的。這就需要客房部經理努力一下了。一對比，還是大堂經理更優秀啊，才帶領出瞭如此出色的前台小姐姐們。

房間設施配套乾淨，早餐品種豐盛，前台服務熱情。酒店就在海州轉盤臨洪門旁邊，距鐘鼓樓，雙龍井和朐陽門都很近，五一期間海州舉辦白虎山廟會，熱鬧，感受到了海州歷史文化和豐富的美食，廟會就幸福南路酒店門口。
