I stayed in the hotel on my own. the room was quite large for 1 person.
I didn't see the owner while staying there but when I arrived in the village, a village guide helped me to get to the hotel.
The owner also helped me as much as she could.
I especially liked the view. the hotel is located pretty high. it's quite tough to get there but the scenery is stunning.

Good service, decent looking and clean apartment, nice view, pleasant and friendly people and staff, authentic and traditional infrastructure. A lot of walking up the stairs to the guesthouse, which can be a little problem for someone who is not in good shape. The food is good for those who prefer Chinese cuisine while foreign cuisines are not represented. Few places for parking if you are in the period when there are holidays.

Great for one day. View is good, local food is everywhere and host is helpful.
Bed could be softer, noisy guests 2nd night and parking during holiday isn't convenient (basically you park far away on the road). Also if you stay longer, every time you exit/enter the village you have to pay 80¥ entrance fee.
