1. 噪音大，房間隔音很差，基本上走廊有點動靜都能聽得到，另外靠近馬路本身馬路大貨車就多，噪音非常大；
2. 白天9點樓上就開始施工，嚴重影響睡眠。跟前台服務人員反饋也沒用，還是無視客户的投訴繼續施工
