酒店整體環境很好，服務員態度很好。酒店的早餐種類很多，很好吃！房間很寬敞，要是能提供一處晾衣服的地方就更好了，泡完温泉可以晾一下衣服，不然第二天泳衣還是濕的，有點不方便。泡池區域的小哥哥服務很好，主動過來詢問水温情況，可以根據個體差異調整水温，很人性化👍，泡池很多，水質也很好，都可以嘗試一下。

金塔温泉酒店是梁河縣規模比較大的一家豪華酒店了，因開業較早設施都有些舊了，但不影響使用。衞生也搞得比較乾淨，早餐中規中矩。

去的時候是雨季，又在一樓，被子有點點潮。可能是那個房間有幾天沒人住過吧。但户外環境是真心喜歡，還有温泉泳池。
