房間挺大的，酒店設施一應俱全，全程有接駁車接送，服務周到，含一頓正餐和一頓早餐，菜品不算多但味道都不錯，酒店裡有温泉眼，環境優美綠化面積大，價格也很合適，唯一的缺點就是地理位置有點偏僻

環境還是挺好的晚上很安靜，有個陽台可以晾曬衣服，位置稍微偏一點點，不過走下去到農大也就7分鐘左右，農大邊上就有很多吃飯的地方，很熱鬧，離都江堰景區挺近。

環境很好，獨棟小院帶泡池，房間寬敞。唯一不好的是小朋友1.1米就開始收自助餐的費用，酒店自助早餐小朋友一般都不收費的，希望改進。

户外私湯的體驗感很好，尤其是下着小雨泡湯的氛圍很不錯。中式建築風格和園內綠化讓人賞心悦目，適合作為旅行中的休憩酒店，緩解一路的疲勞。另外，因為是建投的物業，房間內部的裝修自然不必多説，衞浴的品牌也不錯的。室內設計上延續了中式風格，是偏穩重的類型。在這裏特別向8月16日中午餐廳的前台服務人員致謝，是一位戴眼鏡的小姐姐，我們忘記了問她姓名，她的態度很好，快速高效地解決了我的問題，十分感謝。當然，也有一些問題需要酒店和顧客注意。第一，酒店位置確實偏僻，適合自駕出行。第二，由於最近的餐飲在幾公裡外的縣城，所以我們偏向於在酒店吃飯。但是酒店衹提供兩餐，包含一頓早餐和一頓中/晚餐，都是自助餐，酒店並沒有單獨點餐的餐廳。這讓我們這種不打算出酒店的客人感到不太方便。且酒店客人和温泉客人在同一處就餐，自助餐廳的座位又比較有限，與幾十人擠座位的感覺很差。而且自助餐的餐標太低了，菜品種類少且廉價。在這樣的一個酒店，價格並不低了，實在不應該。第三，大堂前台的服務態度令人費解，多一句話都不願多説，可明明沒有其他人在排隊。第四，酒店需要考慮做一個二維碼電子地圖，作為第一次來的客人，確實會迷路，其他客人也和我表達了一樣的觀點。總體而言，設施有5星水平，服務水平有參差，餐飲急需提高。如果不介意這些問題，值得花兩天在此休息。
