性價比一點都不高，房間裏提供的設施很少。而且早上洗澡連熱水都沒有，洗一半還停水，頂了一頭泡泡，等了二十多分鐘，等來的還是涼水。

前台服務態度很差，給的卡還開不開房門又跑了一遍。房間很冷，空調不能用。退房後落下一根熱水壺的線，打客服電話後，就沒有後續了。沒見過服務這麼差的酒店

服務：前台接待幫忙訂餐、協調後廚，效率高態度好。非常滿意
設施：設施齊全，停車方便。
衞生：酒店和温泉的衞生都很好。

10.3入住時遇到酒店温泉管道壞了，沒有温泉沒有熱水，但是到了已經快9點了，附近也沒有其他酒店可以入住，跟攜程客服溝通後幫忙協調，結果還是比較滿意的，酒店房間不錯，loft適合親子，房間內有泡池，可以不用到公共泡池泡湯，第二天早上温泉管道修好了，但是樓下公共泡池人很多，沒有泡，屋裡的泡池來不及泡了，温泉之旅結果沒泡成温泉，還是挺也遺憾的，希望下次有機會再去體驗吧。
