行李多的情況下，木屋就別定了，還得自己扛行李，走一大段台階和石頭路。
私湯環境一般，也就圖個温泉水。房型設計奇怪，大房型衹有1.5米的大床，為了床大選了更小的木屋，結果跑完湯，浴室又一塌糊塗。又潮又臭，不值得。還不如住住普通房泡大池了。
自點中餐，餐飲不錯。

酒店設施保持的真的不錯，温泉水一流，房間有大泡池，24小時可以泡。點贊。硬件各方面都一流。
全國這麼多地方的度假温泉酒店都住過，這裏的硬件屬於比較好的。但是服務真的差強人意，我也從沒試過給服務這麼低的評分，攜程訂房的時候已經寫好了可以延退至下午兩點，而且我是凌晨兩點到的。第二天中午13:37分，前台就給電話，先是問了是否續住，答覆不續住。立刻變了一副語氣，説因為我們晚退房系統已經自動扣費。我説訂房時已經申請並通過延退。竟然回覆一句:哦，現在也已經一點半了，你們什麼時候退房。當時已經在收拾準備離開，所以回覆了現在正在收拾準備退房離開。
首先，如果是旺季節假日，能理解人員不足和入住客人多，催促下也沒啥問題。但是我是初九入住，酒店已經沒啥客人，第二天也明顯沒多少客人入住。況且我凌晨2點才抵達入住，別説我申請了延退，即使沒申請，從關懷角度出發，也不至於這樣催促客人。
而且我們睡晚起來了，都沒有吃早餐，12點叫了送餐12:50送到房間吃，也算是給酒店消費。
2點下到酒店前台退房，詢問我不是申請延退了嗎，回覆了一句:可是先生我是1點37分給你電話的。這個態度我都懶得跟她多説一句。
1、前台根本不清楚客人房間狀態，不是一來就催促退房，而是先問的是否續住，而且告知不續住後先是説要扣費，我説了申請才變成催促。這裏面有欺騙和嚇唬客人的感覺
2、並且我這麼晚入住，又申請了延退，都還沒到點，有這個催促的必要？也沒聽説哪間酒店標準12點退房，11:37就有前台打電話上來催促退房，並且理直氣壯的
