We visited this place March 2022. It is remote and secluded, which works for us because we wanted minimum people interaction, but private car is very necessary for getting around as there are no public transpo outside. Out of 19 (i think) rooms, only 8 were occupied on the weekdays we were there. The grounds are nice and the rooms are decent. Beach right in front is not nice to swim in but walk a few hundred meters out into the water and there is a sandbar. Sand here is dark grey but very fine. Water depth is only until the waist even far out from the sand bar. My 5 year old son was able to walk far into the water. The 4 feet deep pool is deeper. Pros and cons: Pros: well maintained and beautifully designed garden grounds, good pool with a kiddie pool, room is decent with cool ac and small ref, staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you out, fine sand at the sandbar, sea water doesn’t become deep, secluded beach and no other resort beside it Cons: bathroom needs major renovation as the fixtures are old, mirror faded, tiled wall corners are brownish/dirty; water pressure weak but never ran out; no place to hang wet clothes; have to ask their staff to buy ice for your own use, resort doesn’t have this as a service; food choices very limited and pricey, better to bring own food and cooking eqpt, but they can cook food bought from outside; cleaning of gazebos need improvement; it seems the kiddie pool has no working filter system as it gets cloudy towards the afternoon, but big pool filter is ok Would gladly recommend this place to friends IF: bathrooms are renovated, water pressure improved and food service is improved.
