Hygiene: The toilet and the room are very clean and well decorated, making it very comfortable to stay in.
When you enter the door, you can see the large French windows. The scenery outside the window is very comfortable and dilutes the fatigue of the journey. It was very cold in January, but there was floor heating as soon as you entered the room, which was very comfortable!

GGuest UserFacilities: It is the hotel style I like. The hotel is a music-themed hotel. The layout and decoration of the hotel are in my favorite style. The window decorated with wine bottles is colorful and gentle, and it is warm inside. The fragrance and heating of the hotel make people feel very comfortable. The room is soundproof for me. Because there is a small stream next to the hotel, it will not be noisy even if the windows are closed at night. There is hair conditioner in the bathroom that is friendly to girls, and the smell should be Fenghua, which is really good. The room faces the snow scene. The hotel has a small bridge, and you can play in the snow.
Hygiene: The hotel is very clean. We stayed for two nights. Some hotels may not be cleaned for the privacy of the guests when traveling before, but this one will be cleaned. It is clean and comfortable.
Environment: We had dinner at the hotel on the first night. Their yak soup pot is very good. I saw the reviews saying that the two The portion is small, but we are full, and we have a big appetite. Usually, we eat out for three to four people, but we are full, and the soup tastes very good. Music is played while eating, which is rhythmic and often heard, but it doesn't feel noisy, just right.
Service: The staff here are very enthusiastic. When eating, they will ask if we can eat spicy food and how it tastes. They will ask very seriously. When checking in, we were given a ”tip bag” with a small card, a guide, and a special ID card holder to prevent the ID card from falling, which contains the basic information of the hotel, anti-motion sickness candy, and earplugs for fear of noise. When we went out the next day, there was a special pick-up car, and we were given water, hot packs and candy. We also told us what is good and what is bad on the mountain, and some small suggestions. The lady was really enthusiastic! ! !
In general, I am very satisfied, because our requirements for accommodation are not very high, but these small details are really good! The key! ! Pet-friendly! ! If I come again next time, I will stay here with our pets! ! ! !

Service was top notch . The boss welcome you personally and the other reception staff and restaurant staff are also very friendly and helpful . We encountered difficulty booking our transport to the next city and the hotel team was so helpful in helping us to solve the problem .
The restaurant food was very yummy that we ate our breakfast and dinner there everyday during our 4 day 3 night stay. It has a sunny side up machine during breakfast hour!
The room is equipped with smart room facilities . Bed was very comfortable .
We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends who want to visit bipenggou and li county.

GGuest UserThe environment inside the room and the courtyard outside are both good. The air conditioning, hygiene and area are all up to standard. You can sit and drink tea and chat in the courtyard outside. The breakfast is simple but delicious. The only problem is that the roof of the wooden house makes too much noise when sleeping at night. The sound of raindrops falling and the sound of walnuts hitting the roof are heard one after another all night long. It is fatal for people who have difficulty sleeping, resulting in a sleepless night...

The facilities are comprehensive, including a restaurant, conference room, hot springs, and a gym. (The hot springs seem to be refreshed daily during peak season, so bring your swimsuit and soak after a long walk. There are both indoor and outdoor hot spring pools.) Overall, I was quite satisfied.

The room is spacious and well equipped. The staff is really helpful. We can contact them ciao Wechat to ask or request more information.
Though, the room has well decorated, the scenery from our room is not that expected. There is destruction building located nearby. Also, there is always having cigarette smell in the room and hallway which is normal condition when you travel in China.
Anyway, compensation with the kindness of staff, and location, this hotel is still in recommended range from my perspective.

BBinh GFantastic stay. Shout out to the guy at the front desk. He provided pickup from Maoxian station, two ways to Bipenggou and gave us a ride to the bus station. He even let us pick a few things from the breakfast for my child so that she could eat along the way.
Hotel location was great, not far from the city centre. The hotel also had a hotpot restaurant on the second floor so we spent dinner here without walking to anywhere. Hotel amenities were great too, you can have everything you need. The decoration was another plus point. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

สสาวหมวยเที่ยวจีนGet off the bus at the parking lot from Chengdu, walk out onto the street and walk to the left, walk up a bit, about 70 meters, you will see a bridge, turn left, walk across the bridge, and walk for 200 meters, you will see the hotel on the right, a yellow building. The hotel has an awning in front. There is breakfast, the room is clean, the bed is soft, sleep very comfortably, the room is just not soundproof. Everything else is good. I highly recommend this hotel if anyone comes to sleep at Bipengou. In the morning, you can check out and leave your bags at the hotel. Then go to Bipengou conveniently. After sightseeing, come back to get your bags and take the bus back to Chengdu.

Con: The toilet will be better to have toilet paper holder. It's hard to find toilet paper at first because they put it be hide toilet lid. My room type has roof and everyone can go up so they might has some noise of footstep but in the night no one go up there so there is not big problem for me.
The reception helped us dealing with taxi to Lixian for Chengdu bus. Luckily the taxi driver known bus driver so we can hop on the last bus to Chengdu. Thank you for your kind help.

WWuxiyuannanDuring this self-driving tour, we made a special trip to Gulugou Ramada Hot Spring Resort Hotel. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but later we thought that it would be nearly 60 kilometers to go to Bipenggou Scenic Area, so we wanted to reduce one night. The warm reception of the hotel receptionist, Ms. Ma Xuexiu, also upgraded our room for free, which made us feel at home. We had the most distinctive local dishes for dinner, so we decided to stay in Penggou the next day after the tour and soak in the very distinctive rooftop hot spring. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the hairy steak was the best. There were also free reception fruits, and the waiters in the restaurant were even more proactive and enthusiastic.

AanetlinDue to some accidents on the road, we had a very very late check in (2.33am). Despite this, the front desk guy was still very accomodating and the check in process for foreigners are also easy here. This hotel has free parking spot for car as well.
It was a great big room for 2 person. Amenities are very complete (as listed on the booking page). The bed was very comfortable and there's no problem with heating in the room (shower's fine).
Note: The pictures were taken when we were about to check out. It doesn't represent the first stage of the room when we arrived. 🫣
It is very close to Bipenggou Scenic Area!
Overall it was a really great place! Very recommended ~
