This small shop is very special. The boss and the boss lady are very hospitable. As soon as we entered the lobby, they treated us to local fruits, which were very delicious. We booked a themed parent-child room, which also has a slide. The whole hotel is very design-conscious, with underfloor heating. It is very clean and spotless. It is very warm to walk barefoot in the room, and you feel very happy. The cleanliness of every corner has beaten 95% of the hotels in the country. The boss lady is a beautiful and virtuous *******. She is very considerate and meticulous to every guest, just like family. When I checked in, I wanted to go outside to find a grocery store and got lost. The owner drove me to the store to buy something. I was very touched! I felt the care and concern of strangers here. It was a great travel experience.

This is one of the best hotel I stayed in!
Service was top notch . The boss welcome you personally and the other reception staff and restaurant staff are also very friendly and helpful . We encountered difficulty booking our transport to the next city and the hotel team was so helpful in helping us to solve the problem .
The restaurant food was very yummy that we ate our breakfast and dinner there everyday during our 4 day 3 night stay. It has a sunny side up machine during breakfast hour!
The room is equipped with smart room facilities . Bed was very comfortable .
We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends who want to visit bipenggou and li county.

TTC…The hotel is a few minutes drive from Bipenggou Scenic Area. The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services. We were upgraded to a view room for free upon check-in. The weather was very good, and the view from the room was beautiful. The floor heating was very warm. The exhaust fan button in the bathroom was out of power. It took only five minutes to call the front desk and it was immediately fixed in the room. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The dinner was rich in variety and you could order the dishes. The taste was good and the price was moderate. The dishes were freshly fried and served a little slowly. The breakfast buffet filled our stomachs. The front desk also gave us a warm baby and a small gift bag when we checked out. Five-star praise! I wish you a prosperous business.

GGuest UserEven though we spent only 1 night at Bipengou, we have a very fond memory of this hotel due to the warm welcome, and help, we receive from the desk and the restaurant staff.
I had a bad headache, due to the quick ascension of the mountain (advice: take some oxygen with you, you can buy that almost everywhere, a soda with sugar and other medicine would help) and the guy from the desk office (sorry if i forgot your name :( ) was kind enough to find me some medicine.
We should also thank the restaurant chief, Hu ge, who is a very enthusiastic person first and his cooking is really delicious.
At night, until 10 pm if i recall correctly, there's some party going on not far from the hotel around a bonfire and it was very nice to attend too. We've been also upgraded to a bigger room ,without asking, which is quite nice.
Highly recommended!

The room is spacious and well equipped. The staff is really helpful. We can contact them ciao Wechat to ask or request more information.
Though, the room has well decorated, the scenery from our room is not that expected. There is destruction building located nearby. Also, there is always having cigarette smell in the room and hallway which is normal condition when you travel in China.
Anyway, compensation with the kindness of staff, and location, this hotel is still in recommended range from my perspective.

สสาวหมวยเที่ยวจีนGet off the bus at the parking lot from Chengdu, walk out onto the street and walk to the left, walk up a bit, about 70 meters, you will see a bridge, turn left, walk across the bridge, and walk for 200 meters, you will see the hotel on the right, a yellow building. The hotel has an awning in front. There is breakfast, the room is clean, the bed is soft, sleep very comfortably, the room is just not soundproof. Everything else is good. I highly recommend this hotel if anyone comes to sleep at Bipengou. In the morning, you can check out and leave your bags at the hotel. Then go to Bipengou conveniently. After sightseeing, come back to get your bags and take the bus back to Chengdu.

YYilinjiahongchengchouThe room was clean and hygienic, with floor heating and air conditioning. It snowed a little the night we moved in. The waiter brought us free barley wine and helped us adjust the room temperature. It was not cold at all. The next morning, we woke up to see the snow scenery that is rare for southerners. Since it costs 30 yuan to park at the scenic spot, we decided to park the car at the entrance of the hotel. The next morning, the boss personally drove us to the entrance of the scenic spot and picked us up back to the hotel after we finished a day of sightseeing. All this was free. I have stayed in many convenient hotels in Guangdong, but I didn't expect the convenient hotels in Sichuan to be so welcoming. I must give a good review.

LLekkavePerfect place to stay at Bipenggou. 5 minutes walk to Bipenggou gate, ypu can leave your luggage at the hotel, very convenience. Plenty of restaurants surrounded. The room is spacious and clean.
Service is super, all 3 reception are very professional.
They coordinate The young lady even assist us to book bus tickets pick up from the hotel to Dujiangyan, and all of them kept checking with the driver after 3 hours late until the arrived. What a pleasant stay.

Lleonlow91Excellent hotel with superb service. During check-in, our receptionist Da Tingting 大婷婷 was very prompt in assigning room and provided us all the information to explore the resort.
We added wechat to communicate during our stay and she was very fast to respond to our requests, including asking for more bottles of water than provided, setting up our room's hot spring for us and also arranging for buggy ride to the main building for breakfast next morning.
She also extended our checkout by 1 hour upon requests.
Ramada Guergou is the best hotel we stayed at during our Chuanxi roadtrip. The breakfast had variety and quality. And the experience here is definitely worth the money spent.

The steaming hot spring pool is faintly visible under the cover of white snow, just like a fairyland. Hot spring water is rich in various minerals and is very beneficial to the body. While relaxing in the hot springs, you can also breathe the fresh and crisp air of Bipenggou and feel the gift of nature. Service quality is one of Vanratu’s signature features. Whether it is the front desk reception, room service or restaurant staff, they all demonstrated extremely high professionalism and a warm and hospitable attitude. They will understand the guests' needs in advance and provide them with personalized services, such as customizing meals according to the guests' tastes or preparing thoughtful little gifts for children. The quality of the food and beverage should not be underestimated either. A rich breakfast starts the day full of energy, with a wide variety of breads, pastries, hot dishes and fruits.
