The hotel is close to the Bipenggol park. And you can ask the hotel to send and pick you up from the park (free). The staffs are very nice and helpful. They will help you to book the car back to Chengdu (if you request). And they have the women staff, her name is Wendy. She speaks English very well and always help us about the language issues and everything while we were staying at the hotel.

Due to some accidents on the road, we had a very very late check in (2.33am). Despite this, the front desk guy was still very accomodating and the check in process for foreigners are also easy here. This hotel has free parking spot for car as well. It was a great big room for 2 person. Amenities are very complete (as listed on the booking page). The bed was very comfortable and there's no problem with heating in the room (shower's fine). Note: The pictures were taken when we were about to check out. It doesn't represent the first stage of the room when we arrived. 🫣 It is very close to Bipenggou Scenic Area! Overall it was a really great place! Very recommended ~

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I just arrived at Gurgou on my first day. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The hotel facilities are good and ******* style. There is a free hot spring at the door. The water is changed every day. Parking is convenient.

I chose this hotel because it was pet-friendly, but the check-in experience was not very good. The room was relatively small and the distance between the bed and the aisle was too narrow. When you open the window, there is a smell of oil smoke. Because the hotel includes breakfast, the smell of oil smoke drifts into the room after 6 o'clock in the morning. It's just a wake-up call. I smelled urine when I entered the room. I opened the toilet lid and saw that there was yellow liquid inside. I quickly flushed the water, but the smell lingered for a long time. I wanted to get a kettle to boil water, but when I opened it, there was still half a kettle of water inside. What a surprise.😱😥😥. The hot spring pool is as small as a bathtub. If you stand for more than a few people, it will be crowded, so don't stop taking a dip. The only worthwhile thing is that the bed is big enough for adults and children to sleep together.

We booked a suite with a balcony. The room was big, but the lighting was average.
