酒店在景區內，環境優美，空氣清新，還有温泉，價格包含了兩張門票和觀光車票，房間有4星的水平，我是第二次入住了，餐廳的味道還是一般。

位置是不錯，景區內，設施也還行，就是冬天地暖偏熱了點，房間的地毯感覺可以換成木地板更好點，畢竟好多年了看起來不是很清潔。餐廳價格合理，味道還不錯。

11月19日入住畢棚溝娜姆度假酒店，20日退房，除了在景區內一個優點，全是缺點，房子老舊，地毯舊有味道，房間很小，根本不符合1000多一晚的價格，送的水果盤就是幾個爛蘋果，最無語的是我們入住了後出門了還有人進去，最開始進去的時候衹有3個蘋果，等我們去山上耍了回來就變成了5個蘋果，毫無安全可言。房間裏的私湯也是全是水垢，根本沒弄乾凈，最無語的是我回家以後清理我的貼身衣物，發現有老鼠屎，是老鼠屎，真是連基本的衞生都做不到，一個1000多的酒店，這麼差的衞生，打電話跟酒店，酒店經理很傲慢，無所謂，估計是景區裏面的人家無所謂，真是無語，要去住的人好好看看，我一定投訴到底！！！！！！！！

第二次去了 景區裏的房間位置得天獨厚
景色都非常美
但這次非常不滿意的是我們定的行政房旁邊在裝修
週日早上8:00開始運輸架子進來
電話通知也依然在做裝修 這個服務確實和2000多品質有點不符
