體驗非常差的一次住宿
9月30日就定房了，10月4日入住，到店我出示攜程訂的憑證，前台服務人員表示很詫異，詢問為什麼會進來訂單，攜程不是早都關了！二位手忙腳亂一直在詢問訂單姓名，並且嘴裏不停嘟囔趕緊把攜程關了去，服務態度非常差，我們詢問為什麼沒有留下房子，服務人員回答給你處理了不就行了？大無語事件！！！在前台停留了十幾分鍾連一聲抱歉都沒有，好像是我不應該在網上訂房！沒有一點應急處理機制，非常非常非常差作為縣城評分還算靠前的酒店，服務態度/酒店設施/人員素質都非常一般，不建議入住，甚至有一種小賓館的作為！
其次房間內部氣味很重，有一股濃濃的潮濕發黴的味道！
