Remote mountain area~ can live. Everything is available~ English at the front desk Stayed temporarily for one night. Anyway, it’s just like that. Don’t expect too much. Hygiene: General Environment: OK Service: No service Facilities: quite new!

Easy check-in and out. Very good (central) location. The room was tidy, very clean, good beds, big cabinets, very good wifi; shower & bathroom very fine. Unlimited cold 6 hot water. Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff.

The place is simple but super elegant. The staff is kind. If given the chance to return to Tacloban, I will book accommodation here again.

Very close to commercial ammenities on that place

Hotel was good itself. Clean and good location. But the only problem this time was the pool and food. We were not able to use the pool on the evening coz they were cleaning it., they put chlorine And the food., so supposed to be it was buffet breakfast. But it was not. That was the only reason why we always choose this hotel, coz there breakfast was really good(the buffet)😋

Worst experience is you will wake up in past 3am because of the ring of the bell from near Church

The location is very good Next to it are McDonald's and other fast food restaurants, and there is also a mall very close by. The overall environment of the hotel is clean But there are ants on the floor in the room The bathroom shower head is full of water The air conditioner in the room is also relatively old and cannot blow in the direction of the bed, which is a pity. But the overall accommodation is very good for this area.
