There are still dirty things in the bathtub that have not been cleaned, and the bedding has not been washed. The air conditioner was very loud, even when I knocked on the door to ask about the check-out time at noon, it was very loud. Highly recommend, great service . This is my go to stay every time I travel to Chicago! Food is amazing and great location . Easy to get to and from the airport .

The room was quite clean, but it was still far behind other Hyatt hotels.
Because I had to catch an early flight, I stayed near the airport. The transportation to the airport is very convenient, and there is a shuttle bus from the hotel.

This was an awesome experience. We had a very short notice weather cancellation for the flight from O'Hare (Chicago, IL) to Houghton, MI (CMX) and it was extremely convenient working and calling the front desk at almost midnight to book a room for one of our stranded business venture founders. Thank you for helping us book the room for a 2-night stay. Appreciate you and the whole team!

The room was clean. I paid $24 for two Coors Light bottles. A member of the restaurant staff walked right into me, causing my drink to splash onto my face and shirt. She just kept walking into the kitchen without a word. There was a drone flying outside the hotel windows, clearly trying to look into hotel rooms. I notified the front desk, but I don't believe anything was done about it.
