The property features excellent amenities and a clean, well-maintained environment. Guests appreciate the friendly and efficient staff. The comfortable, spacious rooms provide a pleasant stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Lex. The family game suite was out of this world and great value. I did wish their were pictures of the room at the time available online. The room was outstanding though and more than what we expected. For being pet friendly, the room and the establishment was super clean. We loved how this establishment is a small local business (franchise). With that said I do really want to pass down a few opportunities/suggestions: The family game room suite had no lock on the bathroom door and also the shower did not have the 2nd half of the glass. (Compared to other rooms) The biggest opportunity - The bartender Clay was surpass drunk at 730pm. We made a take out order and received absolutely nothing of what we ordered. I came back down and just asked for our pizza. We ordered a pizza and grilled chicken tenders with fried and we received a grilled chicken sandwich and fried chicken tenders. The woman working the bar and tables made it right. The only other suggestion I have, and I offer this since I work in customer service and love to see you guys succeed. I wasn't really upset over this issue(family was), but the woman at bar and also different lady whom checked us out both did not necessarily offer an apology for the mistake. We all make mistakes, but that goes a long way. I just hope you guys take care of you drunk bartender issue, as no one wants that in their establishment. -Overall will recommend the hotel, but not the restaurant..

Our stay here was good. We arrived fairly late, and unfortunately, the girl who checked us in was not in the best of moods or maybe she should not be working the front desk. Definitely wasn’t a friendly welcome after a long, long day of driving however, the room looks like it was recently redone and was very nice. Breakfast was just OK with very minimal options. The lady at checkout was super friendly. Wish we had her the evening before checking us in. I had just recently broken my wrist and so a friendly welcome would have been nice.
