The room was disgusting because there was a plaque of ants. Mind you I was in the fourth floor. They didn't do anything about it... Also they're still holding my 50$ on my account and haven't released it.

Wow! The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Beds and pillows were so comfortable and the only way I would have enjoyed them more would have been if I hadn’t developed a knee injury during our travels. Check-in and check-out staff were professional, not overly friendly, but got the job done! Location was perfect; easy on and off the route we had selected for our next destination. Wish we would have scheduled a longer time to stay and more time to visit the area, not just as a rest stop. Looking forward to going back to stay and visit Lexington, Ky.

Beautiful facility. The staff is so nice and friendly, from the front desk to the house keepers. Everyone greeted us with a smile. We had a nice stay. The suite we were in was large enough for 5 of us. Very clean. Very nice out door sitting area. Complementary breakfast was hot, I really enjoyed the yogurt bar too.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is mismanaged and unsafe. We were placed in someone else’s room. When we checked out, there was no record of us being in the room we were in and the desk said that meant they could have sent another guest into that room after we were there. We were given the wrong type of room, not the one we reserved. We were charged both IHG points and also on our credit card. I have called on 5 separate occasions to hotel and IHG, been promised calls back, and never received them. Thus far, they have not refunded either room or charge. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Clean hotel, beds comfortable. Breakfast room large and clean. Breakfast is self serve, hot and cold food. Area to sit in outside, with BBQ's if you need one. Small kitchen if you were staying a few days. Drake's restaurant right across parking lot to eat.

Good-sized rooms, clean place, refrigerator, all kitchen stuff for cooking and eating, large beds, quiet. I was there for an event with 32 other people; only problem is that no one told us breakfast was included. Wasn't in any emails from IHG nor did the person that checked us in tell us. I went to the local grocery store; another of our group skipped breakfast. Besides that slip-up; everything was great!
