Origin Lexington, a Wyndham Hotel

Great place to stay, will be back very soon.The staff was wonderful and the rooms were extremely clean.

very centrally located in The Summit shopping plaza so there are many restaurants & shops nearby. I'm just 10-15 mins away from my office so the commute isn't bad at all. Would stay again.

Origin Lexington absolutely exceeded our expectations! This hotel blends modern design with a unique nod to Kentucky’s iconic horse country, making every space — from the lobby and in-house bar to the hallways and guest rooms — feel thoughtfully curated and full of character. The décor is fresh, stylish, and distinctly local. We also loved the convenience of having fantastic shops and restaurants just steps from the hotel. Our room was incredibly comfortable with a cozy bed, great amenities, and plenty of hot water — all the little details that make a stay feel effortless. Without question, Origin Lexington will be our go-to whenever we’re back in the area!

Water system was broken & was without water an entire day. I go twice a year for a momcation to rest, refuel & reenergize. The no water situation was rough. Zero compensation was offered or given when asked at checkout. They did wave the $8 charge for the 2 water bottles I used when I told the clerk I used water bottles to brush my teeth & wash my face. When asking for compensation for more than $8, was told that was not possible. I had to drive to my local gym to shower & gym showers aren’t ideal ever. There was some type of repairs being done to the room beside mine & a solid 4-5 hours during the day it was loud with banging, drilling & hammering. Unfortunately my 2 day restful trip was reduced to only 1 day of rest. Big letdown as I had always had a great experience at Origin times prior.

The bed was so squishy and fluffy and cuddly. Slept like a baby and the black out curtains really helped us catch up on some zzzs after an intense vacation. Thanks for a great, clean stay and a great bar to eat at and play games with our friends. Very relaxing and friendly feel.

Really beautiful hotel. New with Modern rooms with high ceilings and very comfortable beds and beddings. Bathroom was modern and walk in shower was perfect . Nice area with lots of restaurants and shopping right outside the door. Great stay!
