The room we got booked for was disgusting. It hadn’t been touched by housekeeping whatsoever. There was used towels in the bathroom, toilet paper in the toilet, garbage by the closet. The garbage can was full of garbage. The bed was not made, and it smelled terrible.

We requested a ground floor room, they put us on the 2nd floor with NO elevator. My husband is a US Army veteran with a bum right knee and left ankle. There was no breakfast as advertised. Promised a Grab bag at check in, no grab bag when we left! The room had an unpleasant odor and the sheets were scratchy! We will not stay again!

The Staff was very kind. The beds were exceptionally b comfortable. I I Usually wake up five thirty, I was able to sleep until eight. I would recommend this hotel to all. The rooms were clean, and the shower had perfect water pressure. We enjoyed our stay.

Very old, worn and poorly maintained. Hallway smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Will not go to a Days Inn again.

Less than desirable
When I woke up after the first night, a brown roach like bug was on bed, it could have been a water bug. In the corners of the room and around the sides of the walls it had not been vacuumed and one of the corners there was a piece of something that looked like food. The toilet was very low with no grab bar to be able to get up and down off of it. The Continental breakfast was a joke. Sunny d bottle warm, and a cereal bar?

Faults and deceptive advertising.
The hotel is old. It smells like smoke from previous years of smoking being allowed. There were cobwebs in our room as well as dust and dirt along the carpet edges. There was soap scum and hair in the bathroom, with the tub drain not draining properly. The TV did not work. There were no extra linens at the time we needed them. The beds sleep OK. Another big disappoint was the false advertisement regarding the continental breakfast. The breakfast included very limited options and was simply coffee and prepackaged cereal bars near a single table with 2 chairs. I will not stay at this facility again when visiting Lexington, Kentucky and feel that I should get some sort of reimbursement considering false advertisement regarding the breakfast which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel to begin with.
