Fairfield Inn & Suites Lexington East/I-75

Truly 4.5/5 but I rounded up because Jasmin at the front desk was a bright light during a late check-in. The room was clean and the bathroom is well appointed and very clean. The bed was actually comfortable! Please stop putting in dark carpet. Breakfast was blah. I mean this could be improved. The pool was tiny . If you want to swim a 1/4 of a lap, you cannot. This is what it is, nothing they can do. The gym is small but updated. Also, if you message through that app to please have 2 extra towels in your room, they don’t put them - they tell you to come to the front desk and get them. So if you check in and get a digital key, etc, you still have to go to the desk. Not a big deal, just don’t understand how that is helpful.

I stayed here last night and liked it. It is at the end of this road, making it quiet. The freeway is behind it though and traffic is constant, but one gets used to it. The young lady at check in was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was compete and good, and included in the rate. The room was nice with a walk in shower that was good with the bottles of soap and shampoo mounted in it. The wall AC/Heater does blow over the bed, but I was able to stay under the covers so as to not be bothered by it. The whole place was clean. There was a work out room as well. It was a short walk to the Cracker Barrel=l, so that was ice, in the ice cold weather that was present. I would stay again.

The room was small. There was only one chair even though 2 people were staying in the room. The sheets were pilled and scratchy. The room darkening curtains gapped and were a bit short so light still came in. The bathroom is showing signs of wear with some black spots around the shower corners. Overall, the room seemed clean and breakfast was ok, but I would not stay here again as this did not seem any better than a low budget hotel with a higher price.

The Fairfield Inns & Suites all look pretty much the same as far as the rooms go. We reserved a king bed room. When we got to our room it was a two queen room and the TV said, "Welcome Chad" which was nice, but my husband's name is Tom. We called the front desk and explained the issue, and since we had already settled in, asked if we could remain in "Chad's' room as long as he didn't try to visit us during the night. The young woman that checked us in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We always hope for a walk-in shower, and I specifically check for that when booking, but maybe it was in the room we were supposed to have. The tub was deep to have to step into but at least there was a grab bar. Breakfast comes with the room and starts at 6 a.m. At the other Marriot hotels we booked on this trip, we were given free bottled water or a bottled drink of our choice from their little market. Nothing here. The room had a small microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Plenty of free parking as at most Fairfield Inns. A good hotel for a night's stay.

I usually stay at Fairfield when I can because I have become accustomed to the brand and I have Marriott points to use. This hotel was rather new and there were little complaints on my side about the property. The staff were nice but I didn't have much time to interact with them during this stay. The room was extremely comfortable and they gave me a complimentary upgrade! No issues whatsoever. I would definitely stay again when I am in the area.

Very nice place to stay. Katie, who checked us in, was friendly, helpful, and very nice. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well and kept the room nice and cool. Main reason for 4 instead of 5 is the pool looked rather green instead of a nice clear blue. There are many nice places to eat nearby and easy access to interstate 75.
