We stayed here on the last night of a fall getaway. The staff was top notch. I first met Jessica on the phone when I was desperately looking for a place to stay. When we finally met face to face, she felt like an old friend. The staff was top notch. The whole place was bright and clean. Very different from where we stayed before. Sooo much better. It's the difference between staying in the wooded environment and staying in town. I got the best sleep here. The mattress was perfect. We chose to eat at the in-house tavern for both dinner and breakfast. Excellent food and generous portions. I would stay here again and I will definitely recommend it. It was over the top wonderful! Thank you so much!!

The Cadillac House did an incredible job hosting the K1Love1 Bling Fling 2025 Retreat. The Hidden Cavern venue spoiled and pampered the women with excellent service and incredible food. Jenna and the whole staff could not have done a better job. Jared’s food was impeccably delicious and the desserts took surprise and delight to a new level. I can see why the Hilton acquired this organization into their Tapestry Collection. The rooms are so beautiful and several of the shops were open to add to the weekend fun. This Lexington destination was well worth the trip. Thank you Jennifer for everything !!!!

OK, it wasn’t absolutely perfect but it was so nice to be in the middle of town in a very interesting cute hotel. It was great having a drink on the porch watching the traffic go by. It was great to walk to the other restaurants and gift shops. The staff was great. The bar was cozy. We didn’t eat there, but it was busy. The room was immaculate. We had a room facing the front which if you didn’t like noise, it might affect you. It didn’t us sadly their Internet wasn’t working, but we could still watch live TV. We were hoping for a free drink for the inconvenience, but that didn’t happen. We definitely would go back.

I stayed here for my birthday vacation and also took the opportunity to explore wedding venues for our upcoming wedding. The hotel is very nice and very clean—it truly made us feel at home. It’s in a convenient location, perfect for walking around town and enjoying the beach!
The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Michelle and Jenna. Both were so friendly and helpful, but Michelle truly went above and beyond. She took the time to show us the event spaces and made everything feel very homey. She was so helpful, and her kindness really stood out!
This hotel made our trip feel extra special, and we’ll definitely be back again!

My wife and I spent one night in this old hotel that has been totally updated. We were extremely comfortable in our large balcony room. Staff was pleasant and accommodating and the atmosphere was warm. Bed, bathroom and shower were all wonderful. Great coffee and dining options were available and the fireplace room made it feel like home. The location in the center of this small town placed us near everything. Windjammer restaurant is just a short walk away.

The hotel has charm, and was clean, but the staff was very awkward and unwelcoming. When we were checking in, we noticed there was a wedding setting up. Little did we know, our room was directly above the reception room and our room was literally shaking all night from the speakers below us. Had we known the circumstance, we wouldn't have booked this hotel. Nothing was mentioned when we booked or when we arrived. I reached out to the hotel three days ago and still haven't received a response.

I absolutely love this place! This hotel is historic and so close to the beach. I wish we were here during better weather! Even in 40 degrees we went down to the beach and it was wonderful. We booked the king room with the balcony and it was well worth it. Room was clean, spacious and well above our expectations for the price. Especially loved the robes and the glasses provided in the rooms. We will be back.

Great location but just meh
This hotel is so noisy. All night long, banging from who knows where and random water running. For the price, it was fair. Only chair in the room was a hard kitchen type, no closet, no iron. Also if you are in the rooms over the carriage house it is ridiculous- 3 sets of random stairs - no elevator.
