We had a lovely two-night stay at this beautiful Inn. The couple that run it were so friendly and helpful and we enjoyed meeting the whole family and felt very much at home. We stayed in the Washington room which is very spacious with a king size bed and large bathroom. It was very clean and well appointed and was a very welcome retreat. Breakfasts were cooked to order and delicious, especially the croissant sandwiches. The Inn is close enough to walk into downtown Lexington but we drove because of the excessive heat while we were there. You can’t go wrong in choosing the Abigail Inn.

Our accomodations were beautiful, comfortable and in a lovely location. The breakfasts were exceptional. The biggest surprise was that our hosts had 5 star international hospitality experience! So the Abigail Inn exudes their passion for the Art of Hospitality! They were kind, hospitable and professional. It was easy to relax and feel right at home. We enjoyed Lexington, but if we are within an hour or so, we will go just to stay at the Abigail Inn!

What a lovely place to stay! The rooms were magnificent, and the bed really comfy! The owners were extremely friendly and professional. Will be staying here again soon!! Highly recommend over any hotel in the area!! That the host went to VMI and very knowledgeable about area is a bonus!!

The Inn is exactly as pictured beautiful and clean. The innkeepers are lovely and very communicative with you making sure they are present for your arrival. Thierry made sure all our needs were met and scheduled our breakfast for the next day at a time convenient for us. Nice location walking distance to town for dinner. Also a brewery close by with great pizza and salad as well as many other restaurant options available. Short stay for us just passing thru to Florida. Definitely make time for the generous breakfast, it is exceptional and made fresh just for you!

Excellent hosts met us promptly and checked us in (although we arrived early) and allowed us to take our key to return later. Washington room was immaculately clean, bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious! It's a gorgeous historic home with tons of history. We would definitely return to the Abigail.

Friendly innkeepers make all the difference and the innkeepers here are special. Great recommendations for food and sightseeing. The breakfast was outstanding!! Wonderful experience. This was a spontaneous choice and it will always be a special memory! Keep up the amazing work!

The Inn is beautiful, comfortable, cozy, with an outside seating area with fire pit. The hosts could not have been more accommodating and welcoming and so attentive. The choice of breakfast foods was a great surprise and the food presentation was outstanding and the food delicious. We highly recommend the Inn to travelers.

Such a lovely B&B! From the friendly welcome, beautiful accommodations, and delicious breakfast, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The cookies and bottle of wine were such a nice treat when we arrived. The location is perfect to walk into town to visit the cute shops and try one of the many local restaurants. Highly recommend! We will definitely come back the next time we are in Lexington!

This was our second time at the Abigail Inn, we did a major detour to go again. This place is indeed special, one that we judge all other accommodations by, and nothing comes close. Thierry and his wonderful family go above and beyond to make your stay the best. There is no need to search further, you will not find anything remotely close. From the outstanding breakfasts to the ultra clean and comfortable rooms. We'll worth the 450 mile detour. 5 stars all the way. Mike and Mara
