Room and bathroom big and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Aii and Sue really made my stay enjoyable and comfortable with their help. They reallstood out and are the faces of the hotel. Management take notice that they went above and beyond taking care of my needs as w visually impaired guest. Because of them I would be happy to stay again.

Great room, comfortable bed, desk to work at, easy chair in corner of room. I was in room 227. On the first morning after my arrival I spoke with a member of staff and told them that the TV in my room was displaying the channels alphabetically, not in a tradtional style of 1 - BBC1, 2 - BBC2, 3 - ITV, etc. I also said that the guide button on the remote was not working. By the end of my stay (I was there for 4 nights) nothing had been resolved and/or I was not provided with any information as to why it could not be resolved. I have stayed here before and from a customer service point of view, this has been the most disappointing stay.

Arrived Sunday 3rd of November after a hard days work Was informed that the car park had to be empty by 1am , yes 1am ! Also that all local parking was suspended for the same hours ! Was also given the addresses of two local ish car parks , both closed , waste of time and effort. Upon checking local on street parking was not suspended until 9am Perfect , I went back to the hotel and tried to explain the situation to the lady on reception to avoid the pain in the bottom i had just been through for other guest . Complete with a picture of the parking restrictions She was rude and ignorant , great work young lady , suggest you go and read some of the signs and not get your guests driving driving around the closed car parks of Lewis when they had booked a hotel to avoid excessive driving after a long days work

Arrived on the 3rd of November , asked about parking only to be informed that the hotel car park needed to be empty by 1 am , yes 1 am. Also the not so friendly staff that all local parking ceased at the same time. Provided me in the address of two local ish car parks , both closed . After checking local residents parking was available until 9 am ! not 1 am ! On return I informed them of this fact only to have an ignorant response , ignorance is bad enough but this was ignorant stupidity ,it was bad enough being ill informed in the first place but then after trying to inform the lady she was quite rude. Please if you do not understand parking do not be arrogant when it might assist other guests. i went elsewhere to have a drink and to dine as I quite annoyed by her attitude . However I you can benefit by saving on the car park now you can park for free on the adjoining street , the local pubs are better than their bar and Zorbas Meze Grill is a great restraint. Staff training Premier Binn !
