They don't have self laundry and it is inconvenient for family with children on vacation. Also, I requested a baby crib for my grandson aged 7 months and an electric kettle for the preparation of milk for baby when I made the booking via trip.com and nothing happened!
Also, during booking via trip.com, I selected to pay at the hotel. However, the receptionist told me I booked directly with the hotel and they charged me the price was less than the price in trip.com. I worried if I paid less and double checked with them, they insisted I booked directly and the amount was correct. OK, I don't mind to pay less! But their attitude was average.

The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel facilities are also complete. There is free parking outside the hotel and there is a gym and swimming pool inside the hotel. I highly recommend staying in this hotel when visiting Quebec City.

I chose this hotel because I was going back to Toronto the next day. It was very convenient to get to the highway. It takes about 15 minutes to drive from the hotel to the port (depending on the traffic situation). If you want to go to the old town opposite, I recommend you take the ferry.

Across the river from the old town, very quiet, very dry, similar to a hotel in a new development zone. You can take a ferry to the old town, and there is a super C nearby, which is convenient for shopping.

While the location is a great pitstop on your way to the east coast, there is not too much around the area. Everything closes early before 7PM. There is no free breakfast and the pool is small but the rooms are spacious. They use to have shuttles that went to the Levis ferry terminal where you can catch the ferry to Quebec City but not anymore. You can drive there in less than 15mins and they have free parking. This terminal boasts some beautiful views of Chateau Frontenac as well as a great water play area for kids. If you have time and you're staying on the Levis side, you can take the ferry and save yourself driving to the other side. There is a lot of construction happening over on the old QC side.
