Buona esperienza tutto sommato. Punti da migliorare sono il materasso (troppo rigido secondo noi), e la ventilazione del bagno (senza finestra e con la ventola che non andava). Punti positivi sorriso e gentilezza dello staff, principalmente le ragazze della sala colazione.

Hotel di recente costruzione in zona periferica rispetto al centro di levico terme ma ben collegato. Si trova proprio di fronte a Levico land. Dispone di parcheggio davanti alla struttura libero o all’interno di una sbarra che si apre grazie al codice che ti forniscono loro per messaggio dopo la prenotazione. Accanto alla reception dell’hotel si trova anche un ristorante birreria molto carino con cui si può accedere con lo sconto, essendo ospiti dell’hotel. Personale alla reception veramente gentile e disponibile, noi abbiamo soggiornato nel giorno della festa della donna e mi hanno regalato una mimosa molto carina. Camera veramente ampia, in stile moderno con tutti i comfort con anche un balconcino molto ampio. C’è il frigobar con acqua, però a pagamento e televisione con Sky gratuito. La colazione viene servita al quarto piano, con una bella vista, stile della sala moderno e ben curato, buffet veramente ampio con varia scelta di dolci buonissimi, croissant, spremuta fresca e anche piatti salati. La signora della colazione molto empatica e disponibile. Direi quindi ottimo Hotel, da tornarci sicuramente!!!

In 3 coppie abbiamo prenotato tre camere matrimoniali soggiornando una sola notte per fermarci dopo aver fatto una ciaspolata notturna nelle vicinanze Esperienza più che positiva … accoglienza da parte di entrambe le ragazze alla reception…sorridenti professionali e molto disponibili Le camere tutte perfettamente pulite comode.. cuscini e materassi perfetti Bagno piccolo ma comunque funzionale e completo All’interno si trova un ottimo ristorante dove abbiamo pranzato al nostro attivo con ottimi e abbondanti piatti tipici Peccato aver trascorso una notte sola ma siamo rimasti soddisfatti tutti.. Sicuramente da consigliare e da tornare Grazie

Hotel in prossimità del lago molto pulito e ben attrezzato ottima colazione con prodotti locali comodissimo il ristorante annesso con accesso diretto dall'hotel abbiamo cenato molto bene ... 10 Min a piedi dal centro storico una bella scoperta

Tutto molto bene dalla pulizia ai servizi e alla camera bella e funzionale anche se fin troppo calda. Parcheggio all’interno gratuito. L'hotel ha a disposizione anche un ottimo ristorante e per i più piccoli una animazione molto buona compresa nel prezzo. Piccolo neo un po' più di empatia nell'accoglienza e prezzo forse troppo alto.

Posizione vicina al centro, con parcheggio. Colazione ottima, personale gentile e disponibile sia in reception (Angela e Valentina), sia ai piani. Pulizia ottimale della stanza. Vacanza di capodanno: Hotel pulitissimo, confortevole e silenzioso. Ottima posizione per visitare i mercatini di Levico raggiungibili a piedi con una breve passeggiata, ma anche per camminate verso Lavarone e Lagorai. Ottime colazioni con torte artigianali e brioches; merita una sosta anche la Fabbrica di Pedavena attigua all'hotel presso la quale la cucina è molto valida e si degustano ottime birre.

Sono arrivato qui e sono rimasto sorpreso dal ristorante bellissimo e la posizione strategica, è un peccato che sia solo 3 stelle,per me ne merita almeno 4. Le camere sono molto comode e il minifrigo con 5 bottiglie d'acqua fa guadagnare altro punti a favore
