The location and hardware facilities of this hotel are very average. First of all, the location is not in the city center. It is near the third station of Line 3 or Line 4 of the Paris Metro. It is well located and has services around it such as restaurants, pastry shops, supermarkets, etc. The hotel is small and cozy, some of the service people were very, very friendly, while almost the majority were carefree, indifferent and rather dry and unproactive. The score of 4/5 in this category is established based on the people who were kind and warm, omitting the others. The hotel has a cozy patio and the rooms, although small, are comfortable, very clean and well equipped.

Very small rooms, basically a room as big as the bed that’s in it. Location was reachable by Metro, with grocery stores, pastry shops and restaurants near by. Breakfast was good but some of the food was empty and did not get refilled. Personnel was very friendly

Basic but sound budget hotel. Smallish but perfectly adequate room with comfy bed. Quiet, great for a good night's sleep. Decent breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. In a nice area of Paris, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. 5 minutes walk from Louise Michel metro station.

Ibis has a few pros and cons. The pros was that it was in middle of the market. The cons was that the room size was very very small and virtually no facility in the room. Even not water bottles. Though even small room was clean but cupboard was not there so mo place to keep you luggage.

The locality is a bit removed from tourist places however has a lot of places close by which a tourist might need like supermarkets, bus stop within 500m, metro station within 600m, eateries which makes this a well connected stay option. Moreover there is a farmer's market closeby, 100m away which offers great options to eat or buy fresh fruits. The hotel is good, rooms are decently sized and the staff is very nice. Hotel a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro, quartiere un po periferico ma tranquillo. La camera dava sulla tranquilla corte interna; ridotte dimensioni della stanza con mobilio essenziale ma funzionale, gli spazi angusti si sperimentano sopratutto del bagno dove si fa fatica a muoversi e il lavabo sembra quasi quello che si può trovare sui treni, però il tutto è moderno e la doccia è spaziosa, occupa infatti la metà del bagno. Ho trovato la camera abbastanza impolverata. Buona la colazione con prodotti da forno freschi, ma anche uova e pancetta. La macchina che eroga bevande calde per la colazione è diponibile liberamente agli ospiti a tutte le ore, dato che è ubicata davanti la saletta colazione in una nicchia di passaggio per accedere alla reception.
