The staff are very nice. There are opportunities for communication between tenants. People who don't speak foreign languages well will probably have trouble. There is a laundry room next door where it costs 5.50 euros to wash 7.5kg of clothes. Clothes dryer costs 0.8 euros per 5 minutes.

Deze accommodatie is zeker niet aan te raden als je een paar dagen ontspannen naar Leuven wil! Er is veel achterstallig onderhoud (gaten in de muren, deuren die niet dicht kunnen, douchedeur die niet sluit) en de accomodatie was ronduit vies! schimmel in de badkamer en overal spinnenwebben. Halsoverkop een hotel geboekt omdat we hier absoluut niet wilde verblijven. Erg jammer dat we maar een minimale vergoeding hebben terug gekregen terwijl we hier niet eens verbleven hebben.

Reasonable accommodations
I think it's comfortable, clean, and in a good location. I think check-in could be better, currently it's only between 4-6pm which is super difficult but the proprietor accomodated me at 2:30pm. The room was clean but the shower head was broken and the bed was ok.

Short comfortable stay
Apartment was clean and had a good amount of amenities - a hob, microwave, kettle. Bed was comfortable and was located in a quiet location. Plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance

3 stars is average. It's not bad but it's not outstanding either. The surrounding streets were messy, lots of construction works going on. Nothing the accommodation has any influence on.
