We stayed two nights here on an Inn INNTravel walking holiday. The location was good but we didn't feel this hotel was up to their usual standard. Firstly it's used almost exclusively by German speaking guests and most staff (except Reception) couldn't manage even simple English so it was hard to ask for drinks or menu choices. Secondly we had a room facing North East tucked in a corner which was quite dark when the sun was beautiful from the south. To be fair we could see the mountains. Our table in the restaurant was situated so my husband's chair stuck out where people walked past all the time. Having said that, The food was fine, the room was clean, the service was quick and the infinity pool is worth using with an incredible mountain backdrop.

Einzigartig schön Es war ein fabelhafter Freundinnen Ausflug nach Leutasch Das Hotel ließ fast keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten zwei EZ, die klein und gemütlich waren. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die DZ scheinen jedoch frisch renoviert zu sein. Das Hotel ist sehr verwinkelt und in den Speiseräumen hatte man deshalb die vielen Gäste nicht bemerkt. Das Essen war phantastisch und reichlich. Sämtliche Speisen vom Buffet wurden stets neu aufgefüllt. Das Highlight - der Rooftop Pool mit einzigartigem Ausblick

Had a lovely 5 night stay with our adult children. It’s quite a big hotel but as everyone is out and about each day it didn’t feel too crowded. Roof pool gorgeous and would have loved an evening swim. Hope hotel considers keeping it open later than 7, maybe? Food was a real highlight. Can highly recommend this hotel.

This is an excellent adults only hotel, we stayed for a week in August 24, we wish we had booked for longer. The staff are all very helpful and nothing is a problem, Breakfast had a excellent choice, afternoon tea was great, we especially enjoyed dinner. Just on the doorstep of walking routes, we had E-bikes from the hotel and they recommended a really excellent guide (Harry) We are planning to go back earlier next year.

Wir haben 3 wunderbare Tage im Hotel Kristall verbracht. Es begann schon mit der sehr freundlichen und Begrüßung durch Harrold der uns mit allen notwendigen Info´s rund ums Hotel versorgte. Auch Karin die Chefin der Bar sowie alle anderen Angestellten die sich um unser Wohl kümmerten ließen keine Wünsche was Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft betraf offen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die große Auswahl hatte für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten. Lediglich die Getränkepreise könnten etwas günstiger sein. Auf Grund des schönen Wetters war der Infinity Pool am späten Nachmittag gut besucht aber ansonsten fand man immer einen Platz oder konnte auf den Wellnessbereich im Untergeschoss ausweichen, der in der Regel weniger frequentiert war. Alles in allem war es eine gelungene Auszeit und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Contemporary designed and tastefully decorated. The spa facilities here are excellent with the infinity pool commanding a beautiful panoramic view . Saunas and dampfbad are heated well. Robes and towels are provided to use. Rooms are very clean, spacious and with sufficient storage including a small wardrobe. Ziplinked large double and comfortable. Balcony with sufficient space to sit. Ours overlooked the road and road noise was not an issue. Breakfast- superb selection of juices, best I've ever encountered. Good selection of cheese, fish, meats, salad etc. Bread as always in Austria is so good. Afternoon snacks a good selection of salads. The tray baked chocolate cake was excellent! Dinner - very busy yet the team handled it all well and calmly albeit there were some errors with drinks and menu selection. Good quality. Wine list very good. Naturally a sound selection of Austrian wines, never to be underestimated. All staff encountered were friendly and professional. Richard on reception was especially cherry and welcoming. Would return.

We had a weeks guided walking in the Austrian Tyrol which was an excellent experience. We were based at the Hotel Kristall in Leutasch. The hotel was adults only - very nice to get away from kiddies for a change. Rooms were very comfortable with a terrace to use in the afternoon. The infinity pool offered spectacular views, what a treat to relax in the warm water after walking 8 miles! The food was excellent, portion sizes weren't huge but plenty as most meals were 5 courses. Karin in the restaurant deserves a mention for always been smiley and helpful, along with Georgina who always remembered that I liked a straw with my drink! Richard on reception was very helpul. In fact all the staff were great and coped very well with a lot of Brits who didn't speak any foreign language. There is no air conditioning, which was a problem as it was very hot during our stay. Daniel - a quick fix . . .supply small table top fans in all the rooms - that would keep your guests happy. Another quick fix - make sure you have enough English Breakfast Tea when you have British guests staying with you! Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Hotel Kristall is exceptional. It is modern and new with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The food is world class and the roof top infinity pool was glorious with its views of the alps. The staff is friendly and attentive. We stayed as part of an inn to inn walking holiday and this hotel was a highlight of our trip.

Eigentlich verdient das Kristall die volle Punktzahl, eigentlich! Deshalb beginne ich unsere Bewertung mit dem Punktabzug. Wer über ein Reiseportal bucht bekommt das "schlechtere" Zimmer! Schlechter bedeutet in dem Fall ohne Balkon. Für uns als Raucher ist das aber Fatal und auch neu, beim ersten Besuch war das noch nicht so. Natürlich war ein kostenloser Wechsel in ein Zimmer dieser Kategorie mit Balkon nicht möglich. Es ging nur ein Update auf die Junior Suit. Hätte wir die gleich gebucht wäre das ein Aufpreis von 20€ pro Nacht gewesen. Vor Ort wurde von uns dann 40€ pro Nacht verlangt. SCHADE! Für uns eigentlich ein Grund nicht mehr hin zu gehen, aber das geht leider nicht, dafür ist das Hotel zu perfekt :) Die Lage, die Zimmer, der Wellnessbreich, alles wunderschön. Das Personal ist durch und durch nett und sehr aufmeksam. Die Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich ist blitzsauber. Wir sind keine Wanderer und auch keine Radfahrer, trotzdem ist auch die Lage ein Traum. Tagesausflüge nach Garmisch oder Innsbruck sind problemlos möglich. Die Ruhe und die frische Luft sind herrlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder....
