Mooi hotel, in een rustige omgeving , heel lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, alleen jammer dat we geen proper handdoeken gekregen hadden, omdat er een kwartiertje, niet storen op deur hangt..

Top hotel. Bediening vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooie, nette kamer. Eten in het restaurant was fantastisch. Ruim voldoende en kwaliteit was top. Kortom, wederom een geweldige ervaring bij van de Valk. Wij overnachten de laatste 5 jaar alleen bij vd Valk vanwege de geweldige kwaliteit.

Na 's avonds om 22.30 te zijn weggestuurd bij v.d. Valk Leusden, had ik een review geschreven. Maar omdat de manager van het hotel na 3 dagen toch reageerde, en de compensatie was besproken (we hadden een kamer geboekt, betaald, ingecheckt en zelfs al een sleutel gekregen van een kamer die óók bezet was) heb ik op haar verzoek de review (helaas) verwijderd. Jammer genoeg kwam ze deze belofte niet na: het is bijna een week later, het geld dat we terug zouden krijgen, staat nog steeds niet op onze rekening. Een overboekt hotel..ok...kán gebeuren...hoe vervelend ook....maar dat zelfs de manager van het hotel haar belofte niet nakomt: dat is gewoon slecht!

Een paar dagen doorgebracht in dit hotel. Dat was beslist geen straf. Een fijne kamer die prima was schoongemaakt. Lekker ruim, een ruime badkamer en zeker niet onbelangrijk een heerlijk bed. De mysterey guest van Max vakantieman zou hier zeer tevreden over schrijven. Vriendelijke medewerkers die het je naar de zin willen maken. Daar zijn ze bij ons zeker in geslaagd. Behalve verblijven hebben we er ook gegeten. Natuurlijk het ontbijt, dat is werkelijk fantastisch. Maar ook de diners die we hebben gehad waren van prima kwaliteit. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader. Wij komen er zeker weer terug!!
