Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en amoureux dans cet établissement. - Accueil parfait. - Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, bonne literie, très calme. - Piscine intérieure et extérieure (eau chaude) de bonne taille, c'était très agréable, y compris le sauna. - Le restaurant La Malvoisie au top. A noter que cet hôtel a un certain âge et que certains détails pourraient être rafraîchis, mais c'est le seul bémol.

Hôtel de charme au confort élevé. Services de la direction, de la réception et des soins en majorité très bons sauf grosse malchance. Salle à manger et bar élégants. Personnel stylé et polyglotte. Parking privé. Espace wellness, piscine et hammam agréables. Les chambres des étages supérieurs sont un peu plus lumineuses. Carte des mets correcte et belle carte des vins. Une adresse qui mérite ses 5 étoiles en devant entretenir des standards de qualité élevés. Forte touche italienne à tous les niveaux de management et de services. Mais avec "classe" cette touche donne une atmosphère "friendly mais pas trop". Harmonieusement subtil. Expérience à renouveler.

Ein schönes Hotel, unweit des Dorfplatzes, aber leicht erhöht. Das Zimmer (Nordseite) mit einem kleinen Balkon war angenehm, sauber und recht gross. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich, in einem schönen Saal. Das Personal ist freundlich und der Service ist gut.

Hôtel à la hauteur de ses 5 étoiles. Tout est parfait, accueil, confort de la chambre, propreté, disponibilité de tout le personnel. Avec pleins de petites attentions très agréables, j'ai bien apprécié l'excellent thé et les fruits dès 7 h00 du matin au SPA. Le restaurant est aussi excellent.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Zimmer. Aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Das SPA mit den Behandlungen war ausgezeichnet, leider dürften in den Pools und in den Saunas (Hamman ausser Betrieb) einige Renovationen (Ausbesserungsarbeiten) vorgenommen werden.Das Frühstück war ok, mehr aber nicht, insbesondere im Vergleich zu andern Hotels derselben Sterne-Klasse. Dass man frisch gepressten Orangensaft zusätzlich bezahlen muss, .... Das Restaurant brilliert vor allem durch einen erstklassigen Service, sonst stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis eher nicht. Schade, beim Auschecken wird man nicht gefragt, ob der Aufenthalt schön war, sondern, typisch halt für die Schweiz, "Haben Sie noch etwas aus der Minibar konsumiert?"
