The staff were all lovely and helpful.
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The decor is a little dated but everything is to a high standard.
Only problem is that check in is quite late but check out is early

Good hotel for golfers. Seems popular with OAP’s. Orla on the main bar is their best member of staff. Couldn’t do enough for us, acerbic wit, great pint of Guinness. Rooms adequate but shower was poor, Car parking good Friendly on reception.

We stayed on the 2nd of October. Our overall stay was okay. The room was nice enough, maybe a bit dated. The mattress was extremely firm and my partner had an horrendous nights sleep and woke up with a sore back, but it’s hard to get a mattress to suit everyone. We went out about letterkenny and upon returning to the hotel for the night we decided to go to the bar for one more drink before bed. We walked into the bar and staff told us ‘sorry we’re closed, but the residents bar will be opening now, feel free to get a drink out there’. When we walked into the reception, there was no one behind the desk for nearly 5 minutes. When the young fella eventually did come out, we asked for drinks and his reply was a big sigh, followed by ‘I’ve an awful lot to do’. We couldn’t believe it. We did not press the matter further as we would have just felt so uncomfortable sitting there. But for a four star hotel refusing paying customers one drink is absolutely appalling. Safe to say we will not be back.

Stayed recently for 2 nights and it was fantastic. We always stay at this hotel when we travel to letterKenny. Room was immaculate and comfy, the staff are all very friendly and nothing is a bother to them. Breakfast has a fantastic choice to choose from. We ate in the bar one evening and it was delicious. We will continue to always stay here!

Stayed here with my wife for two nights, great hotel and loved the pool. Staff were great, no complaints at all. Although this is no reflection on the hotel whatsoever, but the price of a pint is getting so expensive, I used to love a few pints and going out for dinner, but it’s so expensive now, I suppose on the plus side I definitely don’t drink as much as I used too. But to be honest it doesn’t come down to a conscious choice I made to reduce my alcohol intake, the price of a pint is ruining the enjoyment of going out for the evening. Who could afford to be alcoholic now adays 🤣

Was there last weekend for line dancing weekend rooms were not clean arrived into room only for the toilet be full of urine dust everywhere and beds were like sacks of potato's hard as rocks ,,Food was reheated it was not fresh Turkey and Ham was like rubber ,,The Guinness was Disgusting and when I asked the barman to let it run before I got a pint he said it was ok ,,He didn't have a clue I am still sick as my stomach has been in a mess since I left ,absolute nightmare

Fantastic four days staying here with Caledonian Travel. Double room with shower on the level below reception.Meals and entertainment was great. Staff were all amazing and nothing was a bother to them. Lift available. Buffet breakfast with table service dinners.

Our wedding day From the day we booked the mount errigal hotel after having a show around with terry nothing was ever a bother from the smallest to the biggest thing we asked terry and gm conor were on the end of a phone r text to help us. My wife and her bridesmaids and family members stayed for the whole weekend in the hotel . When I asked them how was there stay everyone had nothing but good things to say about the hotel . On to our big day the service and food was amazing the beef was out of this world . Everyone 1 enjoyed the food amazing it was. The staff were on point as well very helpful. We would highly recommend the mount errigal for a wedding.

Arrived early afternoon room was ready and had a nice quiet room at the back of the hotel, reception staff very helpful as were leisure centre staff,. Pool was great lovely n clean as was the rest of the health suite. Good big rooms n plenty of towels. We are in the cafe car the food and service were both good. The next morning we had breakfast, buffet breakfasts are not my thing but it was well laid out , I asked the chef to do me eggs Benedict and he kindly obliged it was yummy n cooked to perfection, really like this hotel n will be back.
