appartamento bellissimo anche se non curato nei particolari. concordato telefonicamente un importo forfettario per il garage settimanale non mantenuto al momento del pagamento. pagamento del garage rigorosamente in contanti. Tassa di soggiorno pagata in contanti senza ricevuta del comune. L' appartamento è stato pagato con carta di credito senza rilascio di ricevuta.Vengo in Sicilia da 30 anni ed ho vissuto un' altra accoglienza siciliana che sono stata solita avere in questo anni. Qualora abbiate visite giornaliere, senza pernottamento, richiedono 40 euro a persona. governante premurosa e gentile. Nella mia prenotazione vi era asciugatrice inclusa cosa non risultante in loco

Davvero tutto confortevole ....il proprietario è una persona squisita davvero umano e disponibile su tutto. Ci ha fatti sentire a casa e sempre super presente per ogni evenienza. La stanza ampia, pulita e non manchevole di nulla, vi era persino il sale. Persone come il proprietario di questa struttura mandano avanti la genuinità del posto...consigliato soprattutto per famiglie.

Siamo stati questa settimana, lo consiglio vivamente, il personale è molto disponibile. Le camere sono nuove, pulite, spaziose e curate nei minimi dettagli. Si trova a due passi dal mare e da lì puoi raggiungere facilmente ristoranti e attività commerciali di ogni genere. C'è anche un parcheggio riservato ai clienti ma è solo su prenotazione perché i posti sono limitati. Ci torneremo sicuramente .

Struttura geniale, un residence a conduzione familiare, una grande palazzina di 4 piani nuova e curata. appartamenti forniti di tutto, biancheria inclusa, pulizie giornaliere. I coniugi/gestori sono una coppia di imprenditori intelligenti e preparati. I prezzi sono equi, ho ravvisato una grande convenienza rispetto ad altre strutture circostanti con pretese folli. Il fatto che il paese sia vicino a Taormina non ne fa Taormina. Un soggiorno pratico per visitare i molti luoghi di interesse nel raggio di pochi chilometri.

Very quiet location a stone's throw from the sea with free or equipped beach. BB very cared for in every detail. Paid parking next to the lift. Very well equipped and modern kitchen with courtesy condiments. We had an upgrade to a two-room apartment that was really clean and tidy in every detail. Equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, oven and microwave. Spacious and functional bathroom. Terrace with table for dining outside. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants a few meters away. The girl at the reception was very nice and professional. A really nice surprise! I also recommend it for long stays. Excellent quality/price ratio. Thanks for the hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.

+ Close to the seafront, central squares and minimarkets. Clean studio with air conditioning, friendly staff. They allowed us to leave our bags in storage before check-in. - The assigned studio apartment was not the same as in the photos, in fact the one we stayed in had a bathroom designed for people with disabilities, while from the photos this was not the case. There are no mosquito nets in the French window, consequently there were many flies and mosquitoes. We were not advised of the €50 deposit.
