一次及其不滿意的入住體驗
首先一進酒店大堂，就是一個字:冷
然後隨之而來的就是前台服務人員説
整個熱水系統壞了，正在修
這裏可是温泉酒店，兩個温泉池一個純涼水
一個勉強泡進去不冷的温度，露出來的部分賊涼
房間或者温泉區域的淋浴都沒有熱水
第二天下去吃早餐也是一個字冷
餐很冷，餐廳很冷，房頂往下漏水太嚇人了
還有就是這個座椅套這叫一個臟
全程所有工作人員都穿着呢子大衣
可想而知整個酒店的温度
可是你是温泉酒店啊，就算是入住人再少
也不能這麼砸自己招牌吧？
大過年的一次好好的出行第一站
就這麼浪費了，大老遠來的就為了泡温泉
結果温泉不熱，連淋浴都沒有
真是糟糕透了

屋內設施陳舊，地毯消失了本來的顏色，沙發上也是很多色彩，早晨送早餐進卧室，推進來的小車桌面是臟的。雖然衞生堪憂，但服務人員是很熱情的，進門就讓加管家微信。是温泉酒店，可温泉衹是一個地下室的小泳池，淡季去的，連電梯都不通地下，衹能走黑樓梯下去。體驗感衹能説挺差的，不會再來了
