On nous a proposé une chambre (110) sentant la pisse d’un chien (WC et moquette). Je demande à changer de chambre car l’odeur est insupportable et l’hygiène est la critère numéro 1. Étant en béquilles actuellement on nous propose une chambre PMR, le hic c’est que le lit fait 140/190 uniquement. Je rappelle la réception pour trouver une solution. La gouvernante avec un ton limite agressif me dit que ça SERA LA DERNIÈRE FOIS qu’on vous reloge ! AH BON? Donc c’est à moi de subir une absence d’hygiène dans la première chambre et un lit 140 pour une chambre PMR !? Pour un établissement hôtelier faisant partie du groupe Accor, je trouve ça déplorable et ne représente en rien les règles d’hospitality exigées au sein d’un groupe hôtelier qui se respecte. Ça sera le dernier séjour dans cet établissement et probablement dans tout Novotel. Mini bar présent mais uniquement avec une bouteille d’eau du robinet Pour une nuitée à 110euros, le service rendu s’apparente à une arnaque déguisée. Je vous déconseille cet hôtel.

eerste kamer 128 stonk ontzettend naar riolering
kregen t****e kamer voor twee nachten maar na de eerste nacht bleek dat wij moesten verhuizen van kamer
kregen toen weer een andere kamer maar toen we savonds op de kamer kwamen stonk deze ook ontzettend naar riolering.
werd ons ook helemaal niet gevraagd bij uitchecken wat we er van vonden.
ontbijt was wel goed en personeel in de bar was ook aardig.

Super séjour
Super séjour (1 nuit) en famille (2 adultes + 2 enfants). Chambre spacieuse et moyennement propre (quelques araignées et cheveux dans la salle de bain). Pas de chance, alarme incendie déclenchée à 8h00, pas de réaction au niveau du personnel en réponse à mes questions. Petit problème au niveau du petit déjeuner (16 euro par personne !) : plus grand chose à déjeuner (manque yaourts, viennoiseries, œufs brouillés...) à 9h00 (fermeture à 10h), les tables ne sont pas redressées, il faut se servir dans les placards (tasses et verres), nous pensons que cela est dû au manque de personnel.
