Hell on earth. Pretend to be 5 stars hotel, with “luxurious” “suites” but revealed as a bad hostel. We made a reservation for the GRAND SUITE (grand sh1t) for more than 300$ per night for 3 nights, but we got a poor room: No storage place for clothes in the room; No bath 🛀 , only shower 🚿 ; A shared balcony with the next room; Very poor amenities; Very basic shampoo and soap (like in a 3 stars hotel); No bellboy; No concierge; No security at the hostel; No waiters at the lobby; Very tiny swimming pool;
The so called “Grand Suite” didn’t offer even forks, knives or glasses for wine, not to speak about the empty minibar or the absence of bottles opener..; The sofa was like of the poorest guesthouses in India 🇮🇳; The shuttle service which was promised from the airport was revealed as a big nothing..; The staff was RUDE !!!!; The welcoming experience was awful 😢;No espresso machine in the “suite” 😳; the breakfast was shameful : no espresso, no traditional Greek food, no smoked salmon, no fresh bread, no mineral water, no menu, just rotten fruits and a disastrous service!!!!

As we complained to the management about our awful experience and sent them the draft of this review they expelled us from the hostel !!!!!! We were left abandoned in the streets without a place to sleep in!!!! Many-many guests were disappointed. Finally they refund us , but it didn’t heal our trauma.

Great property with lovely views and friendly staff. Only issue is that the upper floors of some buildings are not handicapped accessible and you will have to carry luggage’s up the stairs. To avoid stay on one of the main buildings

Παρ'όλο που επισκέφτηκα το νησί για επαγγελαματικούς λόγους και σε off season περίοδο, η εμπειρία μου είναι πολύ καλή. Το ξενοδοχείο πολύ καθαρό, πολύ ικανοποιημένος με το φαγητό και ιδιαίτερα το πρωινό. Το προσωπικό στην ρεσεψιόν, όταν είχα ενα προβλημα με το χρηματοκιβώτιο στο δωμάτιο, με εξυπηρέτησε μέσα σε πέντε λεπτά. Σημαντικό επίσης το welcome κρασί που προσθέτουν στα amenities του δωματίου. Επίσης δίνουν δωρεάν δύο μπουκαλάκια νερό και πετσέτες πισίνας.

Αν και επαγγελματικό ταξίδι το ξενοδοχείο με έκανε να νιώσω υπέροχα. Σέρβις άψογο παροχές έμεινα σε μια καταπληκτική σουίτα την Grand. Μόλις 3 λεπτά από το αεροδρόμιο και 10 από την πόλη. Πραγματικά mixing business with pleasure. Until the next time❤️❤️❤️

Ύστερα από επίσκεψη μου στις 21/9 έχω να πω ότι είναι ένα στολίδι για το νησί!Υπεροχο ξενοδοχείο,καινούργιο,σε τοποθεσια ήσυχη,οι χώροι του προσεγμένοι,με απίστευτη αισθητική και γούστο.Το προσωπικό χαμογελαστό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό,έκανα χρήση του spa και ήταν μαγικά,τόσο οι χώροι όσο και οι υπηρεσιες.Συγχαρητηρια στους ιδιοκτήτες για την υπέροχη δουλειά που έχουν κάνει ανυπομονώ να το επισκεφτώ ξανά!
