Appartement neuf de bonne qualité et très bien équipé. Résidence calme avec une belle piscine et ma mer toute proche avec restaurants. Accueil sympathique et a l'écoute. Très bon séjour ! Je recommande car bonne literie pour un sommeil profond !!!

Domaine très beau , appartement moderne et propre . ( Manque juste une VMC dans la salle de bain ,et une raclette pour éviter de mettre de l’eau partout.)

Fantastisk lägenhet 3 min från stranden. Nytt o modernt med alla bekvämligheter. Egen parkeringsplats, vi fick i garaget och hade sval bil varje morgon. Gångavstånd till restauranger och barer. Återvänder gärna.

Residence récente moderne tres bien equipée. Terrasse spacieuse donnant sur une belle piscine à débordement non chauffée. Garage ou stationnement dans la residence sécurisée. Située à 100m de la plage et des restaurants. Vous ne serez pas déçus.

The apartment was super! It comes with a big terrace, fully equipped kitchen with both dishwasher and washing machine. It was very clean and beautiful. Own parkingplace, 3 minuters to the beach and a nice pool. It takes about 20 minutes walking to a nice village with lots of good restaurants, bars and shopping. The service was great and we will return. Best place to stay 🌴 we enjoyed it very much.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans un appartement de type F2 super agréable et très bien équipé. il dispose de tout le confort moderne . Des produits d'entretient et tout le nécessaire est a disposition. Piscine agréable pas très grande mais qui a le mérite d'être là. Le stationnement dans la résidence peut être compliqué surtout pour les places au parking sous terrain, petites, manoeuvres pas facile. Il n'y a pas d'accueil physique, mais une bouteille de planteur vous y est attend! Bien situé sur la cote caraibe il permet de faire du snorkeling facilement avec un accès rapide aux anses les plus réputées. A 35 min de l aéroport et en gros à 1h de la majorité des curiosités de l ile . Je recommande

Excellent apartment for a family vacation
Lovely, brand new apartments just off Anse Mitan. We had a two bedroom and the beds were very comfortable (super firm), the kitchen was well equipped and the place was very clean. Nice pool. Good communications to arrive and depart. The shower is a standard French design (no door or curtain) but is angled badly and the bathroom floors gets soaked every time. But otherwise the place is pretty perfect.
You definitely need a car - there is a beach close by but there are much nicer ones a short-ish drive away (Diamant, Grande Anse d’Arlet). You can walk to a few very good restaurants within a couple of minutes. There are a ton more in Pointe du Bout which is a 5 minute drive or a short walk away. Highly recommend staying here.

Logement au top mais accueil à revoir
Super logement bien équipé et bien entretenu.Super secteur.
Il est dommage de devoir rendre l’appartement à 9h😳 alors que nous avions demandé si il était possible de le rendre plus tard.
Même si il y avait d’autres arrivées, il y avait de nombreux logements vacants et le logement est resté vide, sans ménage au moins jusqu’à 11h.
