De passage dans la région, nous avons séjourné dans le dome Deluxe. Le lieu est calme et apaisant, le personnel est à l'écoute et accueillant, les logements sont configurés intelligemment et on mange très bien dans les points de restauration. On s'y sent bien du début à la fin !

Just stayed for 2 nights. It was expensive but well worth it! The views are incredible! We had a Deluxe Dome which was a little large for 2 but as we were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday, it was worth it! I loved that we had our own sauna and hot tub on the deck which was very private! We had massages in the Duo Massage room at Ono Spa which was an incredible experience! We went for dinner at Le Bistro on Friday night and had brunch on Mother's Day. We went to Ekki Sushi on Saturday. Both restaurants had delicious food and great service. Looking forward to our next visit!

I had a great stay at Bel Air Tremblant Resort. I think it’s a very good place for the price. The spa and other areas were clean, well taken care of, and had everything I needed. The whole resort felt warm and peaceful, just what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to, and they helped me with anything I needed. I also really enjoyed the spa—it was relaxing and well-organized. Overall, I think this resort is a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

Un endroit charmant dans la forêt où nous avons dormi dans de jolies bulles qui nous ont fait nous sentir dans l’espace, le jacuzzi est très sympa, il est privatif ainsi que le sauna. Les logements sont spacieux très bien composés. L’endroit est calme et reposant. Nous avons pris un brunch au club-house qui était excellent. Nous conseillons cet endroit.

It was really good! Me and my girlfriend went there and everything was clean and well organized! We had one of the domes and the view was immaculate! I have to mention that we cooked the food since they have a bbq and their kitchen is not missing anything. Very friendly and kind staff as well! In general, very happy with the experience!

Nous avons loués le Skype loft ce week-end. De l’extérieur c’est très prometteur; Le Look est magnifique! Mais une fois à l’intérieur, les murs en presswood ne sont pas jolis. Le Manque de finitions partout est flagrant. C’était cependant propre et accueillant. Nous n’avions pas de pression dans la douche et après 3 minutes plus d’eau chaude. Petite anecdote… nous sommes allés prendre un spa a notre arrivée. Nous avons laissé nos cellulaires à l’intérieur. Mais la porte se barre dès qu’on sort. Heureusement que mon conjoint a une bonne mémoire, car le code a 5 chiffres à du être fait pour entrer à nouveau!

On a eu droit à un oreiller avec une tâche de sang c'était dégoûtant ahhhh l'horreur !! Mais le pire est qu'on l'ait signalé et rien n'a été fait par la manager qui a juste dit Personnellement on y retournera pas!

We stayed in Maribel ( largest cabin) for family day weekend. There were so many issues with the unit - too many to mention. Our trip started an unfortunate interaction with the resort dog and our therapy dog. There was an apology but no one even checked in with us over the three days to see how she was, or to provide any good will gesture. ( very disappointing) The room- chairs were so large and heavy in kitchen we could not even get around the space. None of the converters worked in the bedrooms, stove did not shut properly, there was no recycling bin so all recycling had to be thrown in garbage , no pots ( waited an hour to make dinner) . For the price I paid, not impressed! You need to do better ~ I asked to speak with a manager, and no one even connected with me. One HUGE SHOUT OUT TO LEO- he helped us with a flat tire. Thanks Leo!! You deserve some accolades!!!
