Quite central, about 5-8 minutes walk. The mattress and pillow were very comfortable. They have the option of parking for €15, reading other comments they say it is quite complicated to park, in our case with a family car, no problem.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, cerca del centro para ir a pie. Tiene parking de pago (15€ por noche). El parking es un poco estrecho para entrar o salir, pero si el coche no es muy grande, va bien. El hotel esta un poco anticuado, pero esta limpio y las zonas comunes son agradables. La habitación triple no es muy grande, pero eso es algo con lo que ya contábamos. Las camas horrorosas, muy incomodas y las almohadas también. Pedimos para cambiar un colchón en concreto, porque era como una piedra y nos lo cambiaron, pero el nuevo, aunque un poco mejor, tampoco resultó cómodo. No dijimos nada otra vez, porque un par de días se pasan de cualquier manera. Pero la calidad del sueño no fue la mas adecuada. El personal es muy atento, cualquiera de las personas con quien tratamos, fueron muy amables y trataron de solventar el problema enseguida. En general el hotel no esta mal del todo. Es sencillo y cumple su función, pero poco mas.

Hotel calidad precio correcto. Personal amable. Parking con plazas amplias pero si está lleno es complicado maniobrar. A unos 10-15 minutos andando de la calle comercial y a 5 de Caldea.

We went to Insitu Hotel for a weekend to go skiing, so we were looking for a hotel that wasn’t right in the center of Andorra but still allowed us to reach the slopes relatively quickly. At the same time, we didn’t want to stay right next to the ski resorts, so we could have more options for strolling around Andorra la Vella. The best part: The staff. From Miriam and her colleague, who welcomed us in the evening, to Natàlia and her teammate, who managed the breakfast service in the morning—everyone was extremely kind and professional, making our stay much easier and helping us with everything we needed. What we think could be improved: The quality of sleep. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable, and neither were the pillows. Additionally, the room was very warm, and the only option was to turn off the radiator, which meant going from one extreme to the other. Adjusting the radiator dial by a quarter or half turn didn’t solve the problem.
