Hotel well located, perfect, nothing to complain about, clean, very quiet and well soundproofed. Friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast is plentiful with lots of choice, fresh fruit juice. The parking is a little tight for SUVs in particular, we had to close the mirrors to park but very useful. On the other hand, we had taken half-board and there we were very disappointed, not the same menu as that of the restaurant and the first meal was mediocre unlike the second which was a little more correct. I think you shouldn't take half board but you can eat in the restaurant with dishes that look a little more appetizing. So we would take the hotel again without any worries but not the half board.

Excellent hotel in the central area for a weekend of pleasure.. parking included with direct access from the central Rambla.. very friendly staff and good and plentiful breakfast.. modern structure and large rooms.. I will definitely return

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cet hotel. Je n'ai rien à dire, après un long voyage de l'Ile de la Reunion a Andorre, j'ai bien dormi graâce à leur lit confortable et j'ai bien rattrapée mon sommeil ahah. Tout est ok dans la chambre !!! Balcon trop petit mais je ne m'attarde pas la dessus ahah. Peti dej copieux (manque oeuf le matin) sinon tout est bon le service est ok et le personnel bien charmant Je reviens bientot

Habitaciones modernas, sencillas con vistas a un patio interior, les falta limpieza ya que habia muchos pelos en el suelo y bastante polvo. Se escucha todo pero la cama es cómoda y hay aire acondicionado en cada habitación. El desayuno buffet correcto pero una de las chicas que organiza la sala un poco antipatica y parece que te hace un favor preparandote una mesa.

Pesimo , en primer lugar te pone en su web que está adaptado para minusvalidos NO ES ASI la puerta de entrada tiene un escalón la segunda puerta que se puede subir con silla de ruedas siempre ka encontramos cerrada, teníamos que pedir siempre que nos abrieran, Segundo la ducha no tiene barandas de seguridad para minusvalidos, y la puerta del wc es de cristal poca intimidad, Tercero cogimos este hotel porque permite mascotas, petó en ningún momento la puedes dejar sola en la habitación por tanto si has de ir a comprar(no te dejan entrar con animales en alimentación) no puedes ir , si tienes previsto ir a Caldea pues tampoco. La dirección del hotel horrible mal educada y una persona prepotente. Aquello del que el cliente siempre tiene razón se lo pasa por el forro En definitiva mala experiencia, con la cantidad de hoteles que hay en Andorra mejor coger otro. Yo no volveré nunca
