It was my first acomodation in Savoie, this place is really for a dream vacance. the persons in reception are very professional, so kind and availebel (even at 6 pm). the roome, kitchen, bathroom, was comfort and well equiped. Our vacance was excellent every things were good, the only broblem was the Internet. our phone interenet did not work and we were able to benefite the vacanceole local internet.

Séjour du 12 au 26 juillet. 5 personnes. Si nous avons apprécié le logement et ses équipements en eux-mêmes, nous avons été déçus par la literie de l’appartement 602. Les vacances n’étaient pas assez reposantes du fait de matelas trop fins (15 cm) et mous (lits et canapé) qui nous ont donné des douleurs au dos et des difficultés à nous endormir en trouvant une position qui nous maintienne au mieux malgré le creux des matelas. Nous saluons le professionnalisme du personnel, notamment la directrice Sylvie qui, avec son équipe, a tenté de compenser cela au mieux.

Dans le cadre d'une ouverture d'esprit , la posture de l'établissement va considérablement changer la population dans les années à venir. Nous avons constaté que beaucoup de personnes quittent la piscine à l'arrivé du burkini ! C'est bien dommage pour ce havre de paix ...

C’est la première fois que nous choisissons cette établissement pour y passer des vacances et franchement on a été agréablement surpris par l’amabilité et l’excellent accueil de toute l’équipe( surtout le fait qu’ils acceptent le burkini dans leur piscine),je recommande cet établissement à cent pour cent !!!

Une semaine à la Féclaz, une résidence familiale au calme et agréable, avec un personnel très accueillant et un logement à hauteur de nos attentes. C'était parfait pour se reposer et profiter des environs.
