Un séjour en couples en Mars 2025 dans cet établissement prestigieux avec un confort haut de gamme: Suite junior avec 2 chambres donnant sur la vallée, une navette vous amène au départ des télécabines et vous ramène gratuitement, tout est inclus dans le séjour ( piscine intérieure chauffée, hamman, sauna, jacuzzi), cuisine équipée, une place de parking privé en sous sol, tout est très propre… bref pas de faute note !

La qualité des installations ( communs et appartement), la localisation, et la vue sur la montagne ne souffrent d’aucune critique. Tout est conforme à la description et les logements sont de très confortable, bien décorés et bien équipés. En revanche, les services proposés et surtout l’organisation de ceux-ci sont déplorable.
Le personnel est néanmoins serviable et très sympathique mais semble débordé et inorganisé.
- logement accessible avec 2h30 de retard par rapport à l’heure possible.
- parking attribué déjà occupé
- navette proposée et réservée non accessible(avons du rentrer à pied). Mieux sur la fin de semaine car moins plébiscité par les vacanciers
- service de mise à disposition de pain avec commande non prise en compte.
- espace détente( spa, halal, jacuzzi) interdit au moins de 16ans mais constamment rempli de famille avec des enfants
S’il y a des règles, il faut les faire respecter!
Une fois les problèmes organisationnels réglés, ce sera parfait!

Eneste forbehold vi har er placeringen. Der er langt til lifterne, busserne kører for sjældent og i øvrigt forbi dig, hvis der ikke er plads.

Séjour très décevant. Absence d'électricité pendant plus de 24h. Situation extrêmement mal gérée (manque de communication, absence totale de support, aucune prise en compte de la sécurité des occupants). La résidence est magnifique, propre et bien équipée. Elle est bien placée, au calme, proche du centre du village, avec une belle vue. La piscine n'est pas appropriée pour des enfants de moins de 10 ans (ils n'ont pied nulle part). Patageoire vide cette semaine-là pour des problèmes d'étanchéité.

Very nice and comfortable place. They are apartments owned by individuals but managed by MGM. MGM do the reservations, checkin, cleaning etc. The 2 bedroom apartment we had was fantastic. Spacious, 2 toilets, a bath, a shower, kitchen (small one but full equipped) , dining area, sitting area and a balcony terrace. Our electric car slept in the garage, hooked up to an 11kw charger. The swimming pool is large, but too many kids in it, making noise and splashing. They need adults only hours. The sauna and hammam were perfect, as was the ice cold water pool. My wife has a massage, which claims was top notch. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. But there is no staff after 8 o'clock in the evening until 8 in the morning. It's a 5 minute walk into the town for restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommend this place.

We had a spacious 2 bed apartment which was perfectly situated for access to Montjoie telecabin and the amenities of Les Contamines.
The building is new and was well appointed, the spa exceeded our expectation and we enjoyed the use of this throughout the week.

I was supposed to go to Chalet Laska this week and the booking was cancelled by the host with no explanation. At this stage we had booked flights, transport, etc and there were limited other places to stay.

Réservation annulée 5 jours avant notre séjour du 31 décembre au 7 janvier. Je viens de recevoir un email expliquant quil y a des problèmes administratifs. Nous venons de Polynesie Francaise et venons d acheter tout notre équipement pour la montagne. Inadmissible. Du jamais vu.
