5 etoiles sans être pompeux/palace. Cadre et jardins superbes, grande chambre familial, personnel et service irréprochable (et de manière naturelle -certes pas familière mais pas non plus avec des courbettes etc). Tout cela a un certain prix mais c’est une experience dans un lieu unique avec les navettes inclues. Belles randos à faire aussi. Pê le seul petit soucis (et ns étions avertis) : la temperature dans la chambre enfant est difficilement gerable. Y etions pour ns 25 ans de rencontre avec nos 3 ados, esperons y retourner pr nos 50 du coup 🥳

Une référence, sans hésitation, mais leur réputation ne doit pas leur monter à la tête. Ça reste de la cuisine, même de très haut niveau, et le goût du client reste premier !

L'Ousteau de Baumaniere is a mythical destination in French cuisine. Set in the other worldly moon like bauxite mine region of Les Bau de Provence, the main building/restaurant is nestled into the surrounding valley. Three Michelin star chef Glenn Viel has brought new youthful treasures, while also continuing traditional dishes of Chef Charial, and his Grandfather who originally started L'Ousteau after the War. Excellent cuisine, superb service, and one of the most extensive wine lists in the world. A truly exceptional dining experience.

Ein Freund hat für uns das Hotelzimmer gebucht und dazu auch gleich das Dinner im „sagenhaften“ Sternerestaurant. Wir sind um 15.30 nach einer schönen Golfrunde dort angekommen und haben uns auf einen Kaffee auf der Sonnenterasse gefreut. „Wie Kuchen? Die Küche hat geschlossen“ und die ganze Mannschaft hat die Tischdecken auf den Tischen gebügelt. Folglich war es schwierig wenigstens ein Getränk zu bekommen. Das Zimmer war ganz OK. Lüften gestaltete sich schwierig weil es nur eine Tür auf die kleine Terrasse gab, kein Fenster. Das Gourmet Restaurant empfing uns mit durchgesessenen Stühlen und einem Ratespiel was das Essen betraf. Dieses war nicht spektakulär und keinesfalls so wie man es nach den Kommentaren erwartet hätte. Wir haben definitiv schon deutlich besser gespeist und können die Begeisterung von der man hörte leider nicht teilen. Das Frühstück war nicht erwähnenswert und wurde auf einem Tablett serviert- kein Buffet also auch keine Auswahl von irgendetwas. Alles in allem den Preis nicht wert.

Deuxième fois à Baumaniere et tout était parfait. Notre séjour était exceptionnel. L’accueil, la chambre, les repas aux deux restaurants, les pdj, le lieu, nous avons tout apprécié. Nous avons noté une nette amélioration du restaurant la cabro d’or (atmosphère, service, cuisine, ambiance …). Bravo à toute l’équipe, continuez comme ça vous êtes au top. Nous reviendrons, c’est sur :)

que dire si ce n'est que tout a été parfait du début à la fin du séjour! la suite que nous occupions était magnifique le repas au restaurant l'Oustau une pure merveille le cadre est vraiment idyllique
