Je souhaite commencer ce questionnaire de satisfaction par les points positifs : le domaine est magnifique et l’endroit, vraiment magique. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre, et l'accueil en chambre était parfait. Le bistro, le restaurant, et le petit déjeuner étaient excellents. Un grand merci à l’équipe de réception de jour, qui s’est montrée très à l'écoute, professionnelle, et surtout humaine dans les moments où les clients en avaient le plus besoin. Félicitations à eux ! J’aimerais également remercier le voiturier pour son professionnalisme et son écoute – je lui suis infiniment reconnaissante pour toute son aide. En revanche, je ne peux pas en dire autant de la réceptionniste de nuit. Son manque de professionnalisme et d’empathie envers les clients m’a malheureusement déçue. Enfin, je tiens à souligner que le spa ne se hisse pas au niveau du reste du domaine et mériterait des rénovations pour améliorer l’expérience.

We stayed at Domaine de Manville in September 2023 and had a wonderful 3-night visit. We later planned a return to Provence for September 2024 and reserved 4-nights at the Domaine. We did so knowing that our first visit might have been wonderful by luck and that a return might “regress” to a more mundane experience. But no -- our second visit was even better! Our room was large, beautiful, and meticulously maintained. The grounds were as beautiful as we remembered and the bar/lounge area just as impossible to resist as in 2023. The Concierge went above and beyond to help us plan day trips and to arrange transportation for dinners in St. Remy. And the courteous, welcoming staff at the Michelin-starred restaurant served us truly memorable food and wine. St. Remy and its charms and amenities were close by. We have stayed at other fine hotels near Les Baux and enjoyed them, but Domaine de Manville has been by far the best.

Accueil, décoration, chambre et restaurant gastronomique l' Aupiho au top. Personnel attentionné. Enorme déception au bar ou le service n'est pas a la hauteur du standing de l'établissement.

Nous sommes enchantés de cette parenthèse de vie au domaine de manville Tout y est élégant accueillant raffiné et surtout d une authenticité où aucune fausse note ne vient perturber la sérénité du lieu Le bar le restaurant gastronomique les boutiques nous avons tout testé L accueil y est chaleureux et attentionné la cuisine du restaurant étoilé succulente autant qu étonnante de créativité dans les saveurs Tout le personnel est présent mais discret sans ostentation La décoration est élégante et raffinée Et enfin nous avons rencontré la maîtresse et propriétaire du domaine et nous avons compris pourquoi tout était si parfait L âme des créateurs de cet endroit est partout et on s y sent bien Testez le domaine de manville , le hasard vous y conduira peut-être vous y reviendrez c est sur Pour nous prochaine étape de volupte au domaine de manville : le spa Nous n avons pas testé l hôtel car nous habitons dans les environs mais un jour pourquoi pas M de Varga
