J’ai passé un séjour rempli de moments mémorables. Le directeur Alex et son équipes n’ont eu de cesse de s’occuper de nous comme si nous étions chez nous. Je recommande le Refuge pour l’accueil, la restauration, les services offerts comme le SPA incroyable. Le lieu est magique nos enfants s’en souviendront à jamais Mille merci

This resort is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax in a peaceful and private setting. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Every time I stay here, I feel completely relaxed and will definitely return.

A stay at this resort feels like being in paradise. Everything is taken care of, from the beautiful room decor to the excellent service from the staff. The gardens and surroundings make it even more refreshing and relaxing. The food is also incredible, especially the local dishes, which offer a great variety. I’m never disappointed when I visit.

Notre séjour au Refuge de la Traye a été tout simplement inoubliable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur et une attention rares. L'équipe est d'une gentillesse exemplaire, toujours prête à anticiper nos besoins et à nous faire sentir comme chez nous. Le cadre est tout aussi remarquable : niché au cœur des montagnes, le refuge allie authenticité et raffinement avec des prestations de très haute qualité. Chaque détail est pensé pour rendre l'expérience unique et mémorable. Très sincèrement, il m'a rarement été donné l'occasion de voir ce niveau de prestation. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur sourire constant. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons ce lieu à tous ceux qui recherchent une escapade mêlant nature, luxe et hospitalité d'exception.

Un refuge de luxe dans un site grandiose
Un site de haute montagne exceptionnel, à l’abri du bruit et de l’affluence, offrant un confort absolu et intimiste dans le respect de la nature environnante. Des équipements et prestations spa de premier ordre. Le service était parfait, avec une équipe et un chef cuisinier aux petits soins. Accès direct l’été à des chemins de randonnée d’une beauté stupéfiante en surplombs du domaine des 3 Vallées. Une expérience bienfaisante et inoubliable.

Bravo à toute l’équipe, ils sont à fond et donnent vraiment à ce lieu une high touch authentique et chaleureuse. Le lieu est magique, très bien entretenu. Avec des nombreux plans pour se distraire en plus des randonnées qui sont à portée de jambes.
